I had a similar idea for a trade between these three teams.

Indiana gets: Robin Lopez, Johnny Flynn, Courtney Lee, Ganai Lawal
Houston gets: Darren Collison, Hakim Warrick, Brandon Rush, Zabain Dowell
Phoenix gets: Kyle Lowry, Dahntay Jones, A.J. Price, Jordan Hill

    Depth Chart
    PG-Hill/Flynn/Stephenson
    SG-George/Lee/ Stephenson
    SF- Granger/George/FA
    PF-Hansborough/McRoberts or FA/Lawal
    C-Hibbert/Lopez/Foster or FA

I think this trade greatly improves our bench at the SG and C position. However, this does not solve our PF problem. For a third SF and third PF we may take a look at Earl Clark who looks like he is going to be a free agent.

Your trade is not even similar!
Flynn - possible bad hip? Don't want that!
    Lawal - Really! No thanks!
So, your givin up DC, Rush, Price and Jones for Lopez and Lee and Baggage!
Hill is not a starting PG either!

But your are fine with the idea of giving up Granger for essentially a shooting guard and three PF. Marcus Morris stop fell because he was trying to sell as himself a three, but not many scouts believed he was well equipped to play the three.

hmm, essentially no! Pacers would be giving up Granger, Jones, Rush and a future 2nd rnd pick for a SG and 2 PF's and 1 SF! Thats what I have there! It would sure fill out the roster and provide bigs that we need. Pacers get the best possible value for Granger in this trade before his value goes down even more.
Get a nice SG in Lee off the bench. A very promising PF in Patterson that is very productive now and Pacers would have M&M, What promotions they could possibly generate from these 2 guys. Yea, I think Pacers would be very fortunate to get a deal like this.

If you think this is the best possible value for Granger, you have a lot less respect for his game than I do. What's the point of having Tyler, Markieff, and Patrick Patterson? Not enough minutes to go around.

I respect/love Danny's game very much, but it depends on the direction LB goes.

If he gets a vetern star in a PF and a very solid backup to Hibbert like Dalembert, then I wouldn't dare trade Danny. Pacers will be in contention right now. IMO

But if all LB does is get a Landry type PF and a so-so backup for Hibbert, then I feel Danny has to be traded for as much young potential as possible while his value is decent.

Danny is not getting any younger and Pacers need to get in contention now with Danny or get rid of him and build a solid team and push for contention in the next 2-3 yrs.

The point of having the 3 / 4 PF's is simply having assets and moving forward.
Play all the said players for 1/2 year and rid of one of the PF in a future trade to fill team needs moving forward. All 4 of those players are great assets. All have as good of contracts as a team would want and they all have potential, all 4 are 1st rnd picks. No bad contract in this trade! Also, I think playing M&M off the bench together would be pretty cool and someday starting together.
