    Default Ind/Det

Pacers trade James Posey, D Jones, AJ Price

Pistons trade Rip Hamilton and #8 pick (Biyombo)

Rip has 2 years left on his deal and Biyombo would fit perfectly next to Hibbert.

Pistons get cap relief and 2 impact players.

Pacers would select Reggie Jackson or Darius Morris at 15 for backup pg.

Pacers could really use 12.5mil in next years free agency.
What do the Pacers do with Rips 12.5 mil in the 2nd year?

I'm kind of in the middle on this one. Having the 8th pick isn't bad but is it worth Rip's contract? And would Detroit (in rebuilding mode) be willing to sacrifice a potential lottery pick just to lose Rip's contract and take back an expiring contract and two backups who likely won't have much of an impact?

I don't think they'd trade the #8 just to get rid of Rip.

There's no way they would trade the #8 just to get rid of Rip. It has been discussed to death on other forums.

I would get horny if this trade happened. Seriously. We'd get a sixth man who can play 24-28 minutes per game off the bench in Rip, or he could start if we needed more offense in the starting lineup.

We also get either Kanter, Bismack, or Kawhi Leonard who will be nice pros and potentially great fits for our team.

I like it from our end, no way Detroit does this though.

Biyombo is falling in most of the mocks. He might just fall in our laps at 15.
