Just a heads up, my band is playing the Hard Rock Cafe in Indianapolis Friday, June 3rd! 10 bucks at the door, and all proceeds go to Riley Hospital! My band is "Creating Constellations" If you're there, come say hi to me! (the keyboardist!!)

Yeah I'm just going to that instead of Uproar. X-Fest is so much cheaper, and the only band I will be missing is Bullet, which I have already seen 3 times.

I'll probably try and score both, but look for me at X-Fest. I'll probably be in my Granger Jersey Shirt.

I was bored tonight so I have been thinking of some supergroups that I think would have success. Let me know what you think or if you have any suggestions.

Band 1: This is my hard rock group.

Vocals: David Draiman(Disturbed) - This is a biased pick because Disturbed is one of my favorite bands of all time. He is terrific on the albums, but he takes it to the next level when you see him live. After hearing Down with the Sickness in 7th grade, I have been a hard rock/metal fan since then.

Guitar: The first thought that came to mind was Dimebag Darrel, but unfortuantely that is not possible. RIP brother. However, I think I know the right pick.

Kirk Hammet(Metallica) - While Kirk doesn't have the overall skills that Dimebag did, he knows every style of rock. The one attribute that makes Kirk is the wah pedal, but that is also the thing that hurts him the most. His beautiful solos are sometimes distorted from the wah, and I would enjoy hearing a clean one at times.

Bass: Fieldy(Korn) - Fieldy is what defines a true rock bassist. Whenever you listen to a Korn song in the car, you can easily feel the bass. When he is playing live, it almost feels like an earthquake has hit the arena.

Drummer: Vinnie Paul Abbot(Pantera and Damageplan) - Great drummer that has his own sound. He would fit right in with the hard rock/metal mix that has already been established.

I won't give descriptions for the next bands, but I can explain if needed.

    Band 2: Creative group
    Vocals: M. Shadows
    Guitar: Tom Morello
    Bass: Les Claypool
    Drums: Joey Jordison

    Band 3: Classic rock
    Vocals: Rob Zombie
    Guitar: Eddie Van Halen
    Guitar 2: Steve Vai
    Bass: Mike Anthony
    Drums: Lars Ulrich

Try hard-er or Die hard-er. In this to win it.
