Westbrook is getting more bad foul calls then Rose.

    I guess anything is possible.

I've watched Memphis a lot this season and knew they were good, but they are playing way better than they did during the season.

The fact that they're doing this without Rudy Gay is pretty amazing. They are going to be a really solid team once he's back.

I like both teams. They are both very likable, but I'm going with Memphis to root for.

Because people care infinitely more about players than they do owners. Durant, Westbrook, and the rest of that squad are very likable. To the average fan watching, they are going to trump the owner by leaps and bounds.

Just because the owner is a jerk and Seattle got screwed doesn't mean that the team isn't likable. And the Oklahoma fans are great too. Regardless of how they got the team, it's cool to see a city that never had pro sports all of the sudden have an awesome team to root for. And they deserve it with the way they supported the Hornets for those two years.
OKC was a minor league cowtown desperate to taste major professional sports. Of course they were going to support the Hornets. Big deal. Any comparably sized city was going to do the same.

Man I wonder if instead of trading our 1st for Mayo we do it for Greivis Vasquez, he is becoming a nice player.

Not sure why Westbrook is taking more shots than Durant down the stretch...

Wow....Grizzlies are way better then anyone one thought.

That move for Battier was pure brilliance.

They are feeling the pressure down the stretch though.

Gasol is eveeything you want in a center. I hope the Pacers make a run at him.

It is amazing how well Memphis has played despite Gay being injured.

Ibaka has made some dumb fouls to bail Memphis out.

The crazy part about Memphis is that next year they are going to still have Xavier Henry and Rudy gay

Give them Nash instead of Westbrook, they are better mentally and have better offense. And it's not like Westbrook is a good defender despite those amazing measurements.

I'm not even talking about Chris Paul or Rose or D-Will.

Haha, Mike Conley was 2 feet from Westbrook. Ridiculous foul call.

I think they don't re-sign Battier and trade Mayo to whatever team will give them the best 1st round pick (without receiving a player back).

As long as there's restricted free agency in the next CBA, I don't think any team could make an offer for Marc Gasol that Memphis wouldn't match.

    The Grizzlies are pretty amazing.

Lionel Hollins is the real COY, IMO.

Yep Westbrook's offense makes people overlook his defense, the same thing could be say about Rose and Monta.

usually happens when you start getting called a star too early.

but man, z-bo is an absolute monster in the memphis system.

You would hope so, but it could have a reverse affect instead.

Westbrook is, by far, the best point guard defender in the league. He's probably the best guard defender in the league too.

Better than Rondo? I don't think so. I think you are overrating his defense big time.

He's not even the best guard defender in Thunder starting lineup.
Westbrook is very very average defensively. He has the body to be a great defender, but he's not.

I think I would throw up if this happened. Actually, I can taste it now just thinking about it.
