I like this Grizzlies team. I really think they could beat San Antonio.
Unlike the Pacers, the Grizzlies finished 10 games over .500 and would have been the #5 seed in the East.

This 1-8 matchup is much more even.

This Memphis team could be contender next year with Gay healthy.
Yeah. I love the Shane Battier acquisition. That dude is a gamer. I watched him a lot in Houston last year. Fans love him and he plays balls out at all times. Great, great sixth man.

The Grizzlies are fun to watch and are incredibly underrated.

They're going to be dangerous with Rudy Gay back.

They're young like us and hungry for wins and to be back in the playoffs.

    SIGN HIM!!!

He would make a huge difference for the Pacers. The guy is the anti-Lance in the lockerroom.

I just don't think the Spurs are nearly as good as their record indicates. We could give them a run for their money the way we are playing Chicago. The only person that scares me on SA anymore is Manu.

If he could be had for a reasonable price, I would love to bring him off the bench.

I am amazed they won 61 games. They overachieved significantly in the regular season.

The Grizzlies have so much depth so they don't miss a beat when the starters sit down.

just struck me how like the spurs are like the late '90's pacers. memphis has been running and gunning and passing and shooting dominating the whole game. but the spurs are only 5 down with 5 min to play. . . and suddenly back in the game.

I don't want OJ Mayo in the Pacers.

The Grizzlies have earned their fans back.

That place is rocking. Kind of like Thursday night at the Fieldhouse, but I'm sure pretty much everyone at the Grizzlies game is a fan of them. I don't hear any cheers for the Spurs.

San Antonio is a small market almost 1000 miles from Memphis. Why would there be any Spurs fans there?

You're changing the subject around by adding market sizes.

I'm just saying the Grizzlies have earned their fanbase back.

The Spurs are good and might have gotten some bandwagon fans.

The Grizzlies have had low attendance for a while.

These fans at the game now are probably going to stick with the team and hopefully those here in Indy will stick with the Pacers.

That Burger King commercial is so lame.

I tip my hat off to the Memphis Grizzlies.

They earned their fans back, hopefully like us.

They've been low in attendance for as long as we have and now I think it'll all change for both teams.

I wonder who will be last now?

That last play. I don't know what to say. Unbelievably stupid and unaware.

Market size and geography have a ton do with fan support. The Grizzlies finished 10 games over .500. They are a good team unlike the Pacers for most of the season.
