31 points in the first half for Howard but no one else is stepping up to help. Arenas is the most overpaid player in the NBA, at least Lewis's contract was a year shorter.

31 points and 8 rebounds at halftime for Howard! Wow!

And we thought Rose was tough to defend.

JS is not looking good today.

Edit: now he is finally starting to score

It is ridiculous that Howard has to block every shot in the air to get a stop.

This Magic team is just weirdly constructed. Other than Howard and to an extent Nelson, it just seems like an odd group of spare parts.

Atlanta has a real chance to take this game today, they are playing well.

I think is also hard for anybody to get in rhythm when Howard gets the ball all the time.

I fell kinda bad for Dwight. He gets decked every single play and it's a regular 2 shot foul but he's so strong that when he fouls someone with any force it's a flagrant. And the fact that he has terrible teammates. There's no doubt he's gone when his contract ends.

At this rate, Howard's gonna pull a LeBron/Bosh and bolt for greener pastures.

Hey, Dwight...we have tons of cap space...

If we somehow got Dwight, I'd have a Dwight/Roy/Tyler rotation and play Dwight at the four with Roy at the five. Tyler is the sixth man and we'd MAKE IT WORK.

Yep. I implore all citizens of Indianapolis to start idling your cars constantly and releasing hair spray into the air, and clean the White River so we have a South Beach like atmosphere around here by the time Dwight hits free agency.

Who else should get the ball though? This has always been Orlando's problem. They are wildly inconsistent even though Dwight plays great games. He doesn't have a reliable cast.

I know, the problem is that he is the type of player that doesn't give the ball back, either way Atlanta is doing a great job in guarding him with one guy and staying with the shooters.

I always enjoy watching Howard and to a similar extent Nelson.

However, Howard needs to learn to control his emotions.

Game over, Atlanta is showing that they are way better than Orlando.

Horford at PF is a huge, huge difference.

I like Atlanta's chances in this series.

They went big putting Smith (who plays more like a 4) at the 3.

The issue was that Dwight Howard went all over Horford, Collins, Thomas, etc.

If ATL beats the Magic in this series I see the Heat walking into the Finals.

Doesn't the Heat play the winner of the BOS/NYK series?

I wouldn't say they did a good job of guarding him when he goes off for 46 and 19. Nelson was the only other player who was effective.

Kirk Hinrich is definitely a way better PG than Mike Bibby was for Atlanta.

Can we officially put to bed the incorect notion that a team needs to be playing well going into the playoffs in order to succeed in the playoffs
