A.J Price lead the team in shot attempts (he hit 4 shots), pretty much sums up how the night went.

In fact, only ONE player on the Pacers hit more than 4 shots tonight. The Kings had 6 players hit more than 4 shots, including their entire starting lineup

Rollar coaster is typical for a young team. Calm down. The Sky isn't falling. They played hard.

We got beat in the post and because we couldn't shoot.

It's okay..it happens. Sacremento is hot right now anyway. They need to collect themselves and get a win tomorrow.

He tied for team lead in assists too..with Tyler. If THAT says anything about how the night went..

Pacers Front Office worst move of the season: telling TJ Ford he can go do what he wants while they pay him.... uhhhh why? They could use him!

Well its not going to end too soon so you better get used to it. Like Sookie said, this is what happens when your team is this young. We shot a whole 35% tonight. George, Jones and Stephenson are the only ones who shot better than 50% and Lance took 1 shot.

I can't believe we just got blown out at home to the freakin' Sacramento Kings.

Really an embarrassment for a team that's looking to lock up the 8th spot.

This was probably the most winnable of our final games.

Oh well, better snap out of it tomorrow night and win that winnable game.

Well, it was exciting for about 3 minutes but overall it sucked and everyone sucked. Hopefully it's a young team bump instead of the beginning of falling down the long hill. Time will tell. Not much more to say than that.

The Kings are 3-1 on their road trip. Can't say that I understand it, but tonights game makes me feel alot better about the fact that the Bucks lost to them.

It's quite a stretch to call beating a lousy, depleted Charlotte team
'prosperity'. But I'll do so and say that one of the toughest things
for a young, mediocre at best, team like the Pacers to do is learn
    to deal with prosperity.

They obviously mailed this one in tonight. Unfortunately, SAC wasn't
willing to cooperate and roll over.

Cousins had 1 less assist than Collison and Price combined. Tyreke Evan in 17 minutes of play had more than both of them combined.

    That's not good basketball

no offense , but thats a very rosy way to look at it

I read the star this morning and Vogel and every Pacer talked about how important this stretch was, and how they were taking every game serious as a playoff

They had a chance to make a statement tonight

and they did, they are a very weak minded, easily discouraged team

tonight was pathetic , it was more than missed shots, or their bigs. The Kings dont have 18 wins, because their loaded with talent

This was , in my opinion, far worse than the Minnesota game
Sittin on top of the world!

Sac is hot? they've won 2 games in a row and they're hot?
I know why we lost. 35% from field, 16% from outside.
But getting blown out, in indiana, by sacramento? I can't accept it. because this is such a critical game.

    Anyway for the game.
Granger probably starts a new shooting slump but overall he played ok... was able to get points from the line and was ok on defense
Rush returned to his slump also, Tyler was off, Price took way too many shots... 1-9 from 3.. come on... Jones had an ok game I guess...

I'm sorry, if you're complaining about Collison and Price tonight..you're an idiot.

They may have missed everything they threw up. But they were out there fighting and trying. I know these two are the current whipping boys. But knock it off. Neither of them are anywhere close to blame for this loss.

We lost because of our FRONT COURT..Yes, I'm looking at Tyler and Roy. And because our Front court stunk, we got stuck trying to make jump shots..and we weren't making those.

But it's a good lesson. Sac stopped our front court by covering the paint and letting us shoot threes..and we missed them. We've seen this defense..now we've got to figure out how to work around it. (Of course, typically..you need to make a few threes in order to break that sort of offense..)

Now..that's okay. Quite frankly, this is exactly the kind of front court Roy and Tyler struggles against, and Tyler was due for a bad game. It's okay.

I'm just saying. This ain't the whipping boys fault.
