Default Building a better playoff team at the deadline.

    Trade #1:

bobcats get: mike dunleavy, 2011 1st rounder
    Pacers get: Gerald Wallace

Bobcats were rumored to give up Wallace to the Cavs for their trade exemption, but fell apart because the Cavs also wanted a 1st round pick in return. Dunleavy can produce more than a tpe and they also get a 1st rounder instead of giving up one.

    Trade #2:

OKC gets: James Posey, D. Jones
Pacers get: Dequen Cook and Morris Peterson

OKC needs a veteran leader who has experience in the playoffs to guide young players. also Peterson and Cook are no use to them. They are in actives but do expire. and the Thunder don't need the cap space as more as they need a veteran leader in the locker room. KD is the leader but he doesnt have the experience either.

    Trade #3:

Kings get: TJ ford, multiple 2nd rounders or 2012 first rounder
    Pacers get: Carl Landry

Kings need a pg and Landry is not happy in sac-town.

    2010/2011 2nd half:

    Collison/AJ
    Granger/Rush/Lance or Cook
    Wallace/George
    Carl Landry/ Tyler
    Hibbert/Josh/ Foster
NA: solo, Morris Peterson, Cook or Lance

Capable of beating Heat, Celtics, Bulls, or Magic in the playoffs.

I like the first deal, but no one else really will because he's older and he's exclusively a small forward. I think we can play Danny at shooting guard, but I think I'm in the minority.

I don't think OKC does the second deal. They're looking for a good veteran, just not any veteran (That's overpaid too). They're probably looking for a Kyle Korver, Matt Barnes, Tony Allen etc..

In the third deal, instead of giving away picks, let's just give them Rush.. Picks are too much for a one year rental of Landry.
