Should the Pacers try to pry away a college coach away as the next Pacers coach? Like what the cavs tried to do last year with izzo. They would be more familiar with young guys. Any college coaches come to mind that might be a good NBA head coach and could be somewhat realistic to get?

No. The last college coach I can think of that was successful was Larry Brown, and technically he wasn't a college coach because he coached pro first.

Could guys like Izzo and Coach K be successful? I'm sure they could, but after flirting they were smart enough not to bother.

We desperately need someone with NBA experience and a coach that knows how to deal with NBA players.
