Default How Many Games Will it Take....

-For TPTB (Mr. Simon to tell Larry) to make the move to replace JO'B?
-Before the fan base tunes out TBTB, regardless of the good intentions?
-The STAR & Local Radio stop giving this team any exscuses, & get nasty?
-For us to move an expirig vet & aquire (yet more) young talent for the future?
-Before the Fieldhouse croud turns ugly towards the "status quo"?

Please tell me, because at this rate I question all the above before TPTB start to register just how p***ed we all are! I know there is a plan, but the plan is not working! JOB needs tobe GON(e)!!!

Make an adjustment Mr. Simon/ Larry, or you will get what you deserve. Fair or not, patient as you would like or not, the rope is at it's ent & you must decide to either hang on & die a certain death, or let go & see where the waiting arms of the true fan base, a new coach, & new young players can take you. It is your call - you know what WE want, now what will you do?

The clock is running, what is your decision......?

We're really in no position to get rid of JO. We have to finish the season with him. Who is supposed to replace him for the rest of the season?

My dog could coach better than JOB and she would come pretty cheap

Larry Brown for the rest of the year

Or how about we just go ahead and hire Mike Brown.

Cirtainly there is a former coach/ intern coach/ top assistant who is not w/ a team/ out of basketball & dieing to get another chance that would take min. cash to come in & have an opportunity to do something.
Making the playoffs, even in a 3-n-out is > 1 mil, for a franchise. The cost of bringing in someone/ anyone other then JO'B will be extra then the plan, but cheaper then missing the show.

I don't even see us making any moves with the contracts that we have I just see us letting them expire. I will be shocked if we do anything before the trade deadline and shocked even moreso if we were to fire Jim before the season is over. As much sense as it makes, as much as we all want it to happen I just know better. It's going to be a lllooonnnnngggggg season. The upcoming free agent class is nothing to write home about and going through and looking at potential talents we might be able to draft I don't really see much help there either when you see things like Kyrie Irving is rated as the #2 pick overall despite only having played in 8 games says a lot imo.

If Larry Brown would accept and interim position I'd be happy with this. That's a big slap to his ego though and he may insist on a contract. I don't know what changes he would make but I don't remember a lot of small ball coming from Larry. If he thought a trip to the playoffs would secure a permanent position I think he's still play the vets a lot more then most would like but most coaches would. I think we'd still have a more consistent lineup.

    But who's counting?

You know, other than all the fans, players, assistant coaches, medical staff, front office guys except Bird, Pacemates, Boomer, Power Pack, drum line, homeless guys on the street, ticket scalpers, and local media members.

I was wondering about that since I can't go to the games... Has the number of boos recently increased at Conseco? How do the fans react when JOb is announced or when the team has a pathetic outing?

It's the Nixon solution. They've stopped announcing JOB.
