    Default Pollard trade idea

what about scott pollard for Jahidi White? White is in the last year of his contract, and is a big body to go against shaq.

I don't know much about Jahidi White, except that he was traded somewhere recently. Is he any good?

And on the subject. I want to see if Pollard can be useful this year before we trade him.

I have to say, when I saw the subject "Pollard trade," I took it as meaning he actually was traded, and, in a fit of furious despair, held my breath until I passed out.

Jahidi is probably one of the 5 strongest players in the NBA. However, thats about his only attribute.

SOmetimes I wonder if Jahidi wouldn't be better off as an offensive lineman somewhere......

I think Pollard can turn it around and even if he doesn't he's still more useful than Jahidi White. That should tell you something about how good a player Jahidi White is.

    Good call...

I saw the thread earlier and thought the Pacers were finally going to do something they never do: They were getting rid of a mistake rather than let that player hang around doing no good for himself or the team (and eventually morale).

Nuntius was right. I was wrong. Frank Vogel has retained his job.

i am all for a pollard trade however, i honestly don't think that there are any interested teams out there for his contract.
i heard he hurt his back last year. if so, i don't know if he will ever be able to be even slighty helpful ever.
i didn't notice his back bothering him so i assume it wasn't too serious. this is just one of those failed experiments. we thought he could help but so far, he has been a failure.
