    This was pretty funny.
After reading this one comment drBadd sent me a message in keeper league saying "You can now forget ever getting anything from me in a trade."

Also, might as well point out that I said this before drBadd edited his post to clarify that he meant he was leaving PD forever, and not just this thread (which is how I initially read it). Makes it a little less funny, but not by much. I think the keeper-league dramatics make up for it anyway.

Regardless, I hope you have fun rooting for the NYJ, drBadd, and I sincerely hope they do well in the playoffs. I like Tomlinson, and the Colts probably won't be there. Beat the Evil Empire for us.
You, Never? Did the Kenosha Kid?

It does take some thick skin to be a non-Colts fan on here, but since I showed up here as a Patriots fan after "4th-and-2" and especially after "the helmet catch" I think that taking a little ribbing over a regular season game, in which even the loser is well-situated to make the playoffs, is something that ought not to be so intolerable.

When a coach, player, or in this case an entire team and all its fan base talks big, they tend to set themselves up for a big crash.

Will I be stunned if the Patriots lose to the Bears, the Packers, or both? No. The score starts 0-0 and nobody of substance lays down because you talked big or even because looked scary on tape. You try to outplay the opponent on that particular day, then lather, rinse, and repeat. Lace them up again and can the Jets beat the Patriots? Yes. Can Buffalo beat the Jets? Yes. It's the NFL. [Crap] happens. 45-3 happens. 83-20 happens to IU. Chaminade beats Virginia. It's fun, not life.

That was a supreme a** kicking last night.... As much as I hate the patriots, the Jets deserved that after all the cash ****** they were talking all week. Reality check!

I loved the a** whooping on the Jets but it killed me in fantasy football. My opponent had Brady and Branch. I lost by 2 points.
