i never saw curry put up games like jimmer is having as curry struggled with his shot his final year trying to get good looks against double and triple teams. jimmer is doing this against much better competition than what curry did as well. granted, byu has more help around jimmer than what curry had at davidson but curry and jimmer have been two of the most exciting college players to watch over the past 15-20 years imo. and they play a near identical style of ball. what he's doing is almost bird-esque.

I could see Bird drafting him and i agree with this. If Jimmer isnt worst defensivly then Curry(NBA level) then he will be really special. I could see him as a Jason Terry role early in his career.

    Bold prediction.. I like it.

If he happens to get drafted here, I'll have to put the bolded words in my sig for ya.
lol i doubt he could develop into that player for the pacers. he'd need to go to the right situation as most nba teams would probably view him as too unathletic to make it in the league. but if given the minutes and the reigns to become the leader of an nba team, watch out.

virtualy the same on offense minus EJ's athleticsm. They are very simlar on offense but EJ is much better defensivly but EJ is a really good defender. I wish the Clippers would let Eric play the point some times when they do he is a really tuff matchup.

Leonard is a beast out there, even though hi is sick he is still doing a good job, if u want Andre Igudola you must want leonard because he displays alot of the same characteristics. He even has a pretty smooth shot.

and Ferdette looks good, I think he would be a good off the bench player 20 min a game type guy... one that is a contender for 6th man of the year every year. Couldn't see him as a consistent starter though, well I guess with the HEAT he would be lethal as a starting PG... Could u imagine...

to bad the heat dont have a draft pick. He would probly start for the Heat right now he is the perfect fit.

I like Leonard but i dont want to draft him maybe if he goes undrafted he could come in and try to make the ball club

Yeah never mind what I said, this guy is super sick he has signature moves that he uses that make up for his lack of athleticism, he also has heart, drive and energy... I remember peopel thought the same thing about Hansbough at the 4 but his heart and drive are what separates him from less athletic undersizes 4s

Humm does he ever get any assist? just wondering, I'm thinking he will get picked between 20-30 in the draft

yea he actually gets quite a few assists, just not so much in huge games like this where his team needs him to score every time down. think he averages 4-5 apg which is solid for college.

No prob... speaking of people trying to make the team, I wonder if Tom Huertal or whatever his name is will play summer league with us again, he was a interesting prospect.

Did you watch the games? I watched every minute and I thought he was terrible.

I could not stand watching him in summer league. I really get annoyed with how people run, and he runs so damn awkwardly. It's almost like he is bow legged.

I liked him, he was aggressive, made open 3's well most, knew how to penetrate and kickout and had good court vision, he just played too wild at times and caused too many turnovers.

I first saw Jimmer play last year and I was impressed so I decided to follow him throughout the season. I was hoping we could target him in the second round, but he withdrew his name from the draft, which in hindsight was a great decision. Not only because he would have been a Knick, but also because he's about to be much richer.

give me jimmer fredette all day any day. it'd be such a shame to see a guy like steph curry go top 10 and watch jimmer slide to the 2nd round when they are identical players. curry might have a slightly better jumper while fredette might be slightly better at creating for himself and others. love that kid.
Hey guys, first post. Read this forum a lot but never joined until recently.

Anyways, I don't agree with your assessment with Jimmer. He is a fantastic player and a heck of a scorer, but his defense lacks a lot. Maybe too much for the next level. The same problem Adam Morrison was faced with when he went to the NBA. As Wojnarowski pointed out tonight, about those two, the difference can be Morrison went 3rd, and was hyped and expected to produce right away, while Jimmer will go mid to late first round, and will be allowed to develop at a decent pace and not be rushed. Which may be a career saver for the kid.
