    Default Your input requested

I am in the process of creating a new website for my proposed business.

I am asking you to take a look at it and give me feedback on what works and what doesn't work for you.

How do the pictures strike you?
Is it easy enough to use?
What really bugs you about the site?
    etc,

    Thank you

    Love it.

I think I read somewhere you have about 30 seconds to capture and hold the interest of a web page viewer. With that in mind however....

The front page might be a little wordy....but it puts across the point you are trying to make.

    Nice cufflinks.

I like the pictures but I think they are too big and maybe should be made smaller so you can get to the real meat of the website (the informational text). I would cut out the "don't know which way to turn" thing because although it is effective at putting the customer at ease, I think it takes up way too much room and keep ones immediate attention away from the meat of the website.

However these are nitpicky things and overall what you have is a lot better than the local DC real estate websites I have found myself browsing through lately.

I like it. It's possible I didn't see everything, because I didn't notice any cufflinks.

I like all the tools available, good testimonials.

That would be my wife, of course.

Thanks all. Verifying a few thoughts I've had. I've sent out pictures and ideas and the edit-person has laid them out. I've commented and edits have been made and it eventually gets to the point where you are looking at things cross-eyed.

    Thanks again.

I like it a lot. I have been contemplating doing a similar website for my business for some time. Right now I get my business through word of mouth and referrals. When I move to a larger site I plan to market more aggressively.

I like my websites clutter free and easy to navigate.

to me your landing page feels cluttered.

anything after "select page" menu should be moved to new pages.

it would also be nice if you could stick to one style of menu. I like the menu on your main page. The menu on your other pages also work but the first page is more "professional"

Very nice website. I like it a lot. Does this designer do other website designs as well for non-real estate businesses?

The only small concern I might have is the picture at the bottom of your landing page. While I am sure you mean it to be humorous and lighthearted, I am not certain that it is conveying the message you might want to those who are not familiar with you, though it seems in keeping with your personality based on what I have seen you post. I could easily be wrong here, but it may come across as being too off-beat, especially when so many people who are in the market right now are distressed sellers who are looking, to an extent, for compassion and help, where that image might trigger a response that you may be too busy to help, or not take their concerns seriously. That is not an issue elsewhere in the site whatsoever, though, and I may well be going overboard here with this thought.

That said, I am not sure what I would do for a picture in that space that would be any better, and it does make an impression that is more memorable than an ordinary personal photo would, thereby making someone potentially more likely to at least form a memory of you as a result of having seen it, which might be all it takes to cause a potential client to contact you.

Also, I am considering listing a house I own in Fortville some time in the next few months. Is there any advice you might give in general with respect to listing the house with respect to timing the initial listing during the year that tends to have peak interest even during these difficult times?

Like it! Two thumbs up!!! Might want to shorten it up a bit and make sure your main info is displayed on the top half for those who don't like to scroll down a lot. Just something to think about.

There was a brief, and very decisive, and altogether unprecedented, outburst of genuine officiating, and it was directed at the best player in the world, and that, my dear young person, simply is not done."

I like it! However, I'm not positive about this, but under the "School Info" tab, it automatically loads "Marion County, AR".

I would think you would want "Marion County, IN" instead.

Just thought I'd point that out. However, if it is Arkansas you want, that works too

Either way, I like it a lot! Well done!
