In 49 states it's just basketball, but this is Indiana!

Why in the world would Jim Schwartz lose his job?

Yeah that's pretty baffling especially when you have Jack Del Rio out there

I would nominate the whole Bears staff and front office before Gailey.

Many the Panthers should think about firing their GM before firing John Fox because their players suck.

    1. Tom Cable - Whoever is coaching the Raiders will be on this list.
    2. Wade Phillips - Such a talented team. The guy should stick to being a DC and stay away from being a head coach.
    3. Norv Turner - In the same situation as Dallas but San Diego has suffered a lot of injuries.
    4. Mike Singlatery - I don't really know why this team is only 1-4.
    5. Chan Gailey - I didn't think he was a good hire in the first place. Since this is his first year there i'm sure he will last more than 1 season though.

It's hard to say a guy like John Fox should be fired. I mean that team has little to work with. When given some talent he has shown he can win. I'd put Eric Mangini on there but i'd think he would have been replaced when Mike H was hired in the off season.

    yeah you might be right

that team is rebuilding and it's not his fault and he just got there

    i didn't think that out

but i wouldn't put jack del rio in his place. i think hes a good head coach and the jaguars have beaten some pretty good teams and stand at 3-3

i would put tom cable up there i forgot about him

i also think that fox is a really good head coach but since they are winless there first move would be to fire the head coach

i hope if he does lose his job that he finds work with another team

After today you might rethink putting Del Rio on the list. Cable not so much.

Josh McDaniels can probably get on that list now too. If not he's close. Losing by 45 to the hated Raiders AT Mile High? That's a tough pill for Denver to swallow as an organization.

Norv Turner should be there. I have to believe that him and his entire staff is gone. There's no way in hell that team should lose that division, let alone get eliminated from playoff contention by the Bungles.

oh yeah i forgot about him yeah he needs to go but he'll find work elsewhere

with the giants probably missing the playoffs i blame tom couglin and ive seen that the giants are the only team bill cowher wants to coach so it'll be interesting to see what happens

I doubt it he is owed a lot of money. To fire him and his entire staff would be a lot of money for a small market team.

I heard today that Norv signed a 3 year extension this spring that hasn't started yet. As Grace has said, they really need to get rid of their GM.

They started out with 2 pro bowl players sitting on the bench with contract issues. THey also had a lot of injuries on the offense which is why they lost some games.

Contrary to whatthe idjits in the media want you to beleive, Mike Shannahan is in ZERO danger of getting fired.

His son of the other hand.............................

However, after the back and forth between his agent and the Redskins, McNabb came out looking like a fool who was talking out of both sides of his mouth, and I bet that saves Kyles job, at least for a year.

Shannahan will be back, though he may have a diffrent DC and ST coach.

I heard somewhere (I think on Football Night In America) that the GM isn't going anywhere which means that Norv is staying too. Makes zero sense to me.
