Default Quick Question on NBA League Pass

I just ordered the NBA League Pass Broadband. Its a pretty decent offer as they let you pay 21 dollars in 4 installments, and you get to pick 7 teams to follow.

My question is do you get to watch the preseason games?

It told me I have access from Oct 26th. What I dont understand is if you have Direct TV and purchase the league pass , you get all the preseason gmaes

    Anyone know about this?

    Thanks in advance

I just signed up Friday for League Pass again on Comcast, not broadband, but I'm not getting the pre-season games. I went through five representatives yesterday, but was given the run around and told things that weren't true. The last one, a head honcho who talked a lot told me I could get all the preseason games on NBA-TV.

By then I realized they didn't know what they were talking about and I wasn't getting pre-season games no matter who I talked to, so I just got off the phone, but I didn't thank her, and I've always thanked people for their help.

My question is I'm supposed to get broadband with the regular league pass. Are they showing the pre-season games on broadband?

I ordered it last night and was wondering the same thing. So I checked the FAQs and found out that preseason games are not aired with LP broadband.

I think there's a difference between national and international league pass. I ordered International League Pass two seasons ago via ilp.nba.com but I get the same info as xtacy, saying that the "2010-11 season is coming soon...".

I contacted them a couple of weeks ago but haven't received any reply so far. No idea what they are doing, but I hope they get it done within the next two weeks...
    Thank you Jeff.

    Will,

I'm also with Comcast, and I don't think we'll be able to activate Broadband until after the regular season starts next week.

Yes you should. when I last purchased the NBA League Pass for Direct TV I got the broadband access as part of the package

Their tech support is a joke, very frustrating

This year has definitely been different from years past. In the past you got all the preseason games with League Pass. This season you only get the featured games they show on NBA-TV. I figure it's not really a big deal to me but at first I was kind of disappointed.

Broadband has always been a regular season thing. I don't ever remember seeing preseason games online in the past.

Larry is not coming back, he didn't have a meeting with Orlando for not reason, yeah he is coming back to the NBA but not to the Pacers, the notion that he is a taking a year off and then come back is absurd.

I want to thank all you guys!

I've had League Pass in other seasons and tried to get broadband with no success. Actually, it wouldn't recognize my Comcast account # so I was going to have to email them and they would look into it, so I just didn't follow though.

After having made my post here I went to NBA.com and tried once again to sign up for broadband. What happened is after I put in my account number and clicked to send it, it would knock off my first and last account numbers and then tell me my account number was wrong and to try again.

People are lazy, instead of explaining why something isn't available yet they just disable it and leave you wasting your time. (Wanting to jump on my soapbox, but I'll refrain)

Ill join you on that soapbox

For such a big budget they seem to cheap to pay for adequate tech support
