Indiana - Pretty obvious we get a replacement for Rush and a young big who can play both PF & C. Udrih's deal sucks and its a lot to pay for what will essentially be our 3rd string PG once Price is fully healthy but only 2 years on the deal which means next season he has some value as an expiring as well.....small price to pay IMO to pick up to talented young players like Henderson and Thompson. We also free up a spot to sign Magnum Rolle.

Charlotte - Charlotte gets its answer at PG with Calderon as well as getting a defensive minded rental at C in Dalembert. Garcia is also a more than competent swingman who can play 3 position (1-3) Dahntay Jones gives them more depth at wing where they dont have much experience. Solomon is something of a throw in but he could get some meaningful minutes and is an expiring. This IMO gives the Bobcats enough talent and experience to get a 2nd playoff birth and maybe even get out of the 1st round.

Toronto - Pretty much a straight salary dump for the Raptors they save over 10 million in this deal. Diop does have an extra year on his deal but its a lot less than Jose and a year less.

Sacremento - The Kings do a couple of good things here. 1st they get rid of the only two multi-year contracts that dont play into the long term plans in Garcia & Udrih. They also bring in 2 pieces that could figure prominently in their youth movement in Rush & Augustine. To cap it off they get over 10 million in expiring deals in Nazr & Banks and both are decent to good rotational rentals for the season. Diaw will ease Sacremento's young bigs into the lineup as he is a legitimate starting big in the league already. All Sac really gives up is Thompson who is made redundant by Cousins, Whiteside, and Landry anyway.
