    Default Preseason schedule also released

Not sure when, but I just saw it on pacers.com

    http://www.nba.com/pacers/schedule/

Just seven this year instead of eight games.

    Wed 06 @ MEM
    Fri 08 vs ORL
    Sat 09 @ HOU

    Wed 13 vs MIN
    Fri 15 vs NOH

    Tue 19 @ MIN
    Fri 22 @ CHI

So it looks like Media Day will be Mon Sep 27, with Training Camp starting the next day Tue Sep 28.

    Getting closer.

With the last preseason game on the 22nd, does that mean fan jam is going to be on the 24th? Doesn't it fall on the Sunday between the preseason and regular season?

I would think so...I do think that it used to be before preseason, but they've been on the trend for a while now of having it right between the end of the preseason and the beginning of the regular season as you said.

    Dear Fall,

Please hurry and save us from this heat (no not the Miami Heat)

(P.S. if the temperature was 35 degrees, I would spend more time outside then I have been the past week or two)

Nothing better than the first few nice and cool days that we get in mid September, highs in the mid 60's, lows in the mid 40's that is my favorite weather. In this weather I feel like I need to take about 5 showers a day and I work in A/C, drive in A/C, live in A/C.

oh, well, sorry to get OT - must be my Friday afternoon mood

There's some pretty good competition during preseason so if we actually try to take it somewhat seriously, it may help get our chemistry flowing sooner, which would be a good thing.

I would assume no, but a few might be shown on NBA League Pass as during the month of October there will be one or two weeks of free viewing and I know I've watched a few of the preseason games of the Pacers' during that time during each of the past several seasons. So not all, but there should be a couple shown on FSI and/or NBA League Pass.

I hate hot weather and summer... period. Even moreso today after receiving my electric bill today. Grrr! Come on October with cool days and turning leaves!!!!!!!!!!!

Now back to our regular program for the evening.

After looking at the schedule, I see 2 wins against Kahn's T-Wolves.

Probably Minny. Neither game will be a mindblower, but at least you'll get to see Beasley/Love vs. Hansbrough/Hibbert. Plus, you'll get to see Collison eat up Ridnour.

Watching the Fever game on Fox Sports Indiana.

Denari just said that FSI will air 72 regular season games again (not sure why they can't air all 82 or at least 75-76) don't know why it's 10 games every year.

Also said FSI will do 2 preseason games. Didn't say which ones though
