Default My David Whitely imitation attempt

Straight-up trade 1:1 that owrks for RealGM

    Pollard for Zo Morning

Why? For NJ get out from under Zo's contract a year earlier

For Indiana...a potential CENTER!!! and if he don't make it, then retire him.

From what I read, Zo doesn't wanna retire yet but NJ doesn't wanna pay him....Kiss me cousin!

Bad imitation Geezer. Whitely never makes this much sense.

As bad as Mourning was before his surgery the beginning of last season, he still was better than Pollard. And Sean Elliott showed that you can still play after a transplant. I'd want to take a long hard look at Zo, both in the gym and have the doctors go over him with a fine-toothed comb, but as long as he wouldn't drop dead from putting on a uniform, I'd love to have him.

That said, we all know it'll never happen in a million years.

Someone call Donnie, he should at least make the phone call to ask. Great idea.

Oh, I'm sure one of those summer interns has printed out this thread and put it on Donnie's desk.

Seriously, with the Fever on Olympic break, what else are they gonna do.

If nothing else, talk about a good mentor for Harrison...

Big/Skilled/Hard worker/not lots of emotional control.... sounds like a young Zo!

Also sounds like Ron Artest, but I'll leave that alone.
Welcome to Pacers Digest! New around here? Here are three tips for making the forum a great place to talk about Pacers basketball.

    • Log in. Even if you want to read instead of post, it's helpful because it lets you:
    • Change your signature options. You can hide all signatures by choosing "Settings" (top right) then "General Settings" (middle left) and unchecking the box "Show Signatures" (in the "Thread Display Options" area).
    • Create an ignore list. I know it may seem unneighborly. But you're here to talk about the Pacers, not argue with someone who's just looking for an argument. Most of the regular users on here make use (at least occasionally) of the "Ignore" feature. Just go to "Settings" -> "Edit Ignore List" and add the names.

    Enjoy your time at PD!

Uh it sounds like Zo but it does not sound like Harrison.

Big/lazy/insane/no stamina that sounds like Harrison.

You may not like it but I watched some of the summer league. He is big but he plays short. He gets winded about as quick as I would if I tried to play in an NBA game, and he go ape **** every time he does not get a call. He is a bigger whiner than Jermaine/Brad and Harrington put together. He makes Iverson look like he always agrees with calls. Now about the lazy thing I can only guess at that as being the reason he is so big arroun the middle and gets winded so easy but I guess I dont know that for sure. It could be genetic.

    Yes to Zo!

Great idea, geezer. The only way to make it even more beneficial for both teams is if a third team is involved who can make sure NJ doesn't have to take on Pollard's contract.
