Default Anyone else annoyed that they are advertising concerts at Pacers.com?

I don't know who this no-talent cheese ball waiftard is, and I don't care. What I do know is that he has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THE INDIANA PACERS!

Get that crap off of Pacers.com, please.

I agree. That stuff goes on Conseco's website, not the Pacers. There was an advert for Lady Gaga the other day too.

You don't like it then don't visit the site. Man far be for the Pacers to make alittle money from an asset they own while offending your visual senses.

I can MAYBE forgive them for putting a top banner ad or a tower ad on the side, but It's on the main news feed (EDIT - you know, where Pacers news goes). For pete's sakes, guys. Have a little self respect.

You know, I've been accused of giving my opinion too forcefully from time to time. But all that stopped when you came and showed us all how it's really done. Thanks!

The main news feed, showing the absolute most important Pacers news of the day:

    1) Pacers at Cavs Tonight.
    2) Star Player Danny Granger Injury Update
    3) Pacers Win Against Bobcats
    4) Game Highlights: Pacers Shots of the Week
    5) Justin Bieber "My World" Tour (Hey, WTF?!?!)

One of these kids is not like the other.

And even to this day, two years after the site redesign, they haven't corrected the fact that they are using Lakers purple as the background color of the pull-down menus.

Yes, they used the same template from Lakers.com. But are they actually still unaware that purple is the wrong color?

Go to Lakers.com and then back to Pacers.com. You'll see what I mean.

Obviously Bieber is coming in for a pre-draft workout. Pacers have an eye on him for their 2013 lotto pick.

Do you think he'll go NCAA or Europe for 2012?

I could not care less about the music advertisements. At least it is not a pop up banner or something that forces you close it out before you can proceed through the webpage. I am more annoyed at seeing Dunleavy's face on the main page.

I did have to laugh at the fact their web developer is that lazy. Is it really that hard to change the drop down box color on their CSS page that they used for the template? Just change it to Pacer blue with the white text. I think all of the NBA teams used the same template for their webpages with a few little tweeks.

Calm down, buddy! No need to ask your question so forcefully!

And I think he'll go to the D List League first.

Speaking as one of those who has so accused LA, I say.....

    Preach, brother!!

I am absolutely going to use the word "waiftard" at least ten times before I even pause to breath!
And I won't be here to see the day
It all dries up and blows away
I'd hang around just to see
But they never had much use for me

And now its not only being advertised on Pacers.com, but effectively it also is being advertised on Pacers Digest.

Oh the irony. Maybe theyre smarter than what we think.
