Default Most likely to win the title?

Who are your picks? Pick your 4 teams most likely to win the title.

    Mine are, in alphabetical order:

    Detroit
    Houston
    Indiana
    San Antonio

    Detroit
San Antonio(they got even better this Offseason)
    Sacramento(IF Healthy)
    Indiana

If Kings aren't healthy(like usual) take them off the list and add the T-Wolves(under the Pacers).

    I forgot the T-Wolves. They'd be 4th if Kigns aren't healthy.

there are only 4 logical choices: San Antonio, Detroit, Minnesota, and Indy, all with about equal chances

the media favors San Antonio, Detroit, Miami, Minny, and Houston (pretty much in that order). I see us as the darkhorse... not getting the attention but racking up the wins anyway

And who listens to the media? Weren't they saying the Lakers were gonna win?

The only time I think we'd listen is if they were saying the Pacers were gonna win it(or if the Kings were for me).

Hey, Sacramento might actually have some interior defense with Vlade leaving and Brad getting a bigger role, I might consider them contenders after seeing a few of their games too

I'll rank the teams in order. Many of you might not like this.

    Pistons
    Spurs
    Pacers
Heat - yes the Heat any team with Shaq is a top 4 team.

5th with be the T-Wolves, followed by the Kings.

I'm going to one up U.B. on this one because a lot of you really won't like mine.

    Miami (yip, I said it)
    Detroit
    Indiana
    San Antonio

Funny how now all of a sudden the east has the top three teams, yet the west is still strong overall.

Now don't get me wrong if Shaq is not motivated then I doubt that the Heat even make the playoffs. However if Shaq has something to prove, which I think he will, he is unstoppable. Wade & Jones with me & Jose Slaughter manning the forward spots is enough to make them title contenders.

I'm surprised that only a couple of people have Houston in the top 4. They have a dominant center with Yao, one of the top 5 players in the league with TMac, a ton of veterans with playoff experience and a great coach with Van Gundy. Plus, they have a 6 million dollar trade exception they can use before the start of the season to add a starting point guard.

    I'll go with

    Pistons
    Pacers
    Spurs
    Rockets
