Its 5 against 8 out there right now. The refs are making horrible calls and no-calls. They call goal tending on Murphy but don't call basket interference on Stoudamire. Win or lose, I love this fight from my pacers.....I wish we could have seen this from the start of the season.
Fire up that tank and drive it to the lottery then to the draft

Dump the freaking ball back to McRoberts TJ. Jesus. That was power dunk waiting to happen.

What I hated about Josh's block - meaningless because the Pacers are behind.
On top of that........his stats are irrrelevant cuz he's getting them in garbage minutes against scrubs.

Without a doubt his game needs work, ditto for Roy, Rush and Price.

That's why I want them to play, especially as a group, and not due to injury and foul problems or blowouts.

I'm so ****ing sick of losing, I remember when every single game was either like this, or we'd blow the other team out. GD, I miss the Davis', Mark Jackson, Reggie, Smits, hell I miss Chris Mullin and Byron Scott.

But Roy is like the McNasty version of Smits.
"I keep wondering the same thing. Last week they had the 4th worst record in the league, had an 11.9 percent chance of winning the lottery and were in line to land a franchise type player like Derrick Favors or DeMarcus Cousins. This week? They have a 1.7 percent chance of winning the lottery, have the 8th worst record and are in line to draft Cole Aldrich or Greg Monroe. Way to go Jim O'Brien. Rest Danny Granger the rest of the season (if it isn't too late) and give Josh McRoberts lots of minutes. That ought to do it." - Chad Ford on winning meaningless games

Way to go Jim, you may have just put our franchise back another 4+ years.

Troy's offense is so nice, and his defense is so awful.

TJ just forces so much crap, as evidenced by him almost blowing a 4 on 1 break with Josh trailing.

And while I like Danny, he does have a developing "star problem" where he forces his own action more than making his teammates better. When he's rolling he is fun.
Well, I do think that Danny has gotten much better at playmaking and passing. Roy and Troy both play better with him.

What fun this game was. Knowing we suck made the result easier to stomach. Two entertaining games in a row. Love it. These guys fought tonight. It's too bad Murphy can't get a little physical and play some D.

Also, reading through the posts what stuck out was Seth's POV on Watson. Seth what are you smoking. Yes, Watson was being too physical, but Frye wasn't come on dude, seriously. I guess all that warranted Frye the right to just push dude in the back of the head like he was trying to knock him down. Granger than jumps in and Frye delibrately tries to punch Granger. The only "thug" tag handed out tonight will be on Frye, and I imagine that will come in the form of some kind of suspension. Mark my words.

Hello Pacer fans! I'm a long time fan since I can remember back seeing Chuck Person playing the Celtics in 87.

Just got back from the Phoenix game tonight, had a chance to sit 5th row from the Suns bench and had to say it was one of my favorite games attending this season.

I know we have had a challenging season this year, but going to tonight's game, wearing my Reggie Miller jersey, I felt extremely proud of our effort from our guys... I was cheering non-stop with my girlfriend, being one of only fans in the crowd wearing a Pacer Jersey, and felt extremely proud of how they fought. Yes, the crowd was cheering profanities to Granger, hateful words, but after going to 10 Suns games earlier this year, this was BY FAR the most exciting, most entertaining game I've watched this Season. Have faith Pacers Fans!

I love seeing the team play hard and keep the game exciting and close, but tonight the reason we lost was all because of the refs. It became obvious the refs didn't want to upset the crowd much more after they lost Frye, and so they had to take it all out on the Pacers. Man were the calls after the intervention HORRIBLE. I'm glad Danny did make some of his shots in the 4th to quiet the crowd a little (as well as telling the crowd ssshhhhh several times). Big Roy was great as well. But I don't think this has been brought up tonight, but why didn't either of the two Joneses play tonight???? Moreso Dahntay than Solomon though as McRoberts, Murphy, and Roy did good tonight. One thing I learned after the game tonight is that the Phoenix fans are CLASSLESS and hopefully the team will get hit with some suspensions by the league come Monday.

That game gave me an adrenaline rush. I'll ignore the conflict as everyone else seems to have it covered, but the following thoughts occurred to me:

I love it when crowds and players get into it like Danny vs the crowd tonight. It's a major draw of the NBA imo. What other sport do you see interactions like that? It makes games so entertaining. It makes them intense. It makes them great. Best game of the season even with the crowd reffing the final quarter.

Hibbert did well. If he can keep up his FT shooting with his post game and midrange J...let's just say that'd be very very good for the Pacers.

Danny occasionally decides to show he's a good passer. Wish he would more.

Rush is a pretty good defender/hustler/shooter when he tries. Wish he would more.

Price plays good D when O'Brien plays him. Wish he would more.
    Pacers,baby!
