Sources close to the situation tell ESPN.com that all three teams have reached agreement on deal to send T-Mac to New York

    Chad Ford...

Looks like Jazz are going to say no to Heat on Boozer. Heat made the effort, but aren't offering enough (linkage coming soon) ...

Heat being awfully protective of 2 mid first round picks. They're trying to build a title contender. Those picks won't get minutes.

Jazz playing really well right now. Needed a replacement for Boozer (Haslem) + upside (pick or player). Miami hasn't offered latter ...yet

Sources say Houston gets Kevin Martin, Jared Jeffries, right to swap first-round picks with NYK in 2011 and New York's first-rounder in 2012 6 minutes ago from TweetDeck

Walsh finally moved Jared Jeffries. Does this allow him to pursue two max players, now?

I think so...but I'd have to see all of the players.

ESPN.com link has Jordan Hill in the deal because he IS in the deal and Houston-bound. Accidentally omitted from tweets http://bit.ly/99dTum

Houston has done well. Even losing Landry who I really like, they get Jordan Hill as a prospect. Nicely done. If Yao can come back, I like that team. Well fitted pieces, I think.

but at what price? you'd think the knicks would be wary of trading future picks by now. walsh has heavily mortgaged the knicks' future.

jordan hill, right to swap 2011 picks, the 2012 pick - that's possibly 3 lottery picks right there.

obviously, walsh thinks they'll be pretty good, so the future picks won't be worth much. but if their 2 max free agent plan fails for any reason (chemistry, injury, etc), it would be a catastrophe of isiah thomas proportions.

Walsh is committed to the 2010 plan. He knows that if he doesn't deliver at least one, if not two max guys, he's done.

Let's put it this way, if the 2012 pick is a high one, Walsh won't be around to care.

If the Knicks don't land big time FAs, they're screwed b/c they've pretty much given up all the good draft picks they may land.

Looks like Walsh is all in at the NBA poker table
