Neither team looks impressive through the first quarter. Bring on either.

Chargers got the mother of all homer calls with that "incomplete pass" in the first half.

Look at this.......we've got a ball game....

7-3 Chargers at the start of the 4th. But the Jets are very close to scoring.......

I think the Chargers win this game - but I've got to give the Jets some credit. I thought they'd get slaughtered. Maybe they still do...

So are the Colts going to miss 2+ field goals next week against the Jets?

Chargers down 3 with a couple minutes. If it comes down to a Kaeding FG, I bet he makes it.

    Jets win. Good for them.

I think this is real good for us. Our guys are going to want to prove we could have beat these guys. I think they are still upset over that loss. That said, the Jets are definitely a good team.

Mark Sanchez... "Hold the news conference! I need to reapply my eyeshadow! Quick! rub some more grass stains on my jersey guys!"

Either this guy just hates showers or he is trying hard to get that rugged image going. Tell me his eye paint was not redone for that news conference, same thing as last week.

The Colts are going to kill these guys and the Superbowl is going to be awesome this year.

He can apply lipstick for all I care so long as he continues to develop into a good QB. Nobody expected us to get to the playoffs.. . . let alone the AFC championship. We are still in and the , , , and are not. We have nothing to lose next week.

I can't argue with that logic sadly

    Except the AFC championship

Well, it will be a fun game no matter what. I just don't see the Colts losing unless they really have a bad game.

If Joe Namath - Broadway Joe, then can I call Mark Sanchez - Showgirl Sanchez?

    My exact thoughts!

Either way, the Colts were going to come into the game with a major chip on their shoulders and that's when I think they play the best. When they go into a game knowing that the other team beat them in their previous game they want to return the favor.

The Jets are gonna get smashed.

Larry is not coming back, he didn't have a meeting with Orlando for not reason, yeah he is coming back to the NBA but not to the Pacers, the notion that he is a taking a year off and then come back is absurd.

This is going to be far from easy for the Colts. The running game is going to have to show up against a hell of a defense. With Revis on Wayne, Collie and Garcon are going to have to play especially well. I see this as being a low scoring, close game, possibly made up exclusively of field goals.

The Jets have more than a puncher's chance. This game may be one for the ages.

If I'm the Chargers, I'm on the phone with Cowher and Dungy RIGHT NOW, absolutely BEGGING one of them to teach that team to win a meaningful game. If they could get either of those guys Norv Turner would be out the door with haste.

Agreed. Norv Turner cost the Bolts a chance at winning this game towards the end by onside kicking it. They should have kicked it deep, forced the 3 and out and taken the ball around their own 20-30 with a minute 10 left. The game came down to a 4th and 1 that the Jets would not have gone for if they had been backed up on their own 30. I wont lose any sleep though...LT2, Rivers, and Merriman are all huge punks.

I'll be pulling for the Colts in the AFCCG. I think the game will be good because the Jets are well coached, have an excellent defense, and run game.

Cowher would be their best bet I don't see Dungy doing it and Norv has beaten him twice in the playoffs.

That being said it will never happen AJ Smith couldn't handle a personality like Cowher anymore than Polian could.
