I've found that ever since the site crash I have to initially save my game threads with a title of 'test', then go back and save the real title otherwise I get errors when I try to submit the new thread.

I wish we could get Steve Blake here. I've always liked him since his college days, even if his Terrapins beat the snot out of that Hoosier team for the National Championship.

obligatory Murph trade scenario.... Murph for Steve Blake, Outlaw and Bayless

As far as I know that problem has since been addressed. Do you mind trying to make a "twin" thread without using your work-around to check for the error now? Thanks.

    Cool.

I was just trying to make a lighthearted post in this game thread, as I question how many more lighthearted posts will happen during the rest of it.

    I'm thinking he won't play 20 minutes.

LaMarcus Aldridge probably will have a big night though.

Hopefully Roy will have both more points and rebounds than fouls, and that he plays 20 effective minutes before O'B sits him for good in the middle of the 3rd.

I'm thinking we get killed. I might watch the Kentucky game instead. They could probably beat us. I am hatin this team.
"I keep wondering the same thing. Last week they had the 4th worst record in the league, had an 11.9 percent chance of winning the lottery and were in line to land a franchise type player like Derrick Favors or DeMarcus Cousins. This week? They have a 1.7 percent chance of winning the lottery, have the 8th worst record and are in line to draft Cole Aldrich or Greg Monroe. Way to go Jim O'Brien. Rest Danny Granger the rest of the season (if it isn't too late) and give Josh McRoberts lots of minutes. That ought to do it." - Chad Ford on winning meaningless games

Way to go Jim, you may have just put our franchise back another 4+ years.

I can't do it right now but will test that in the Market Square section of the site later this evening. The error occurred again for me when I initially tried to create the game thread.

I am happy to call myself a die hard Pacers fan. I will watch them no matter what.

Think positive. Maybe we can get another win streak going again and get ourselves the respect we deserve in the East.

I'm having a hard time watching my favorite players getting killed night in and night out. We have Danny, and who else? Wait, we won't have Danny for a while. If we don't somehow take our cap spsce and turn it into a star, I don't know what to do.

    Danny (oft injured star)
Rush (good defender with no offense)
    Hibbert (second coming of Ilgauskas
    Hansbrough (Potentially a David Lee)

Are we seriously supposed to win a ring with that?

The Pacers are certainly hard to watch. I don't mind the losing- I enjoyed watching OKC last year.

But this team has little passion and horrible coaching. That is what makes it hard to watch.

Yeah, I think Oden will be fine BTW. He's just got to keep pursuing the dream, and don't give up. Oh, and come to the Pacers in 2011.

But as long as we are stretching the offense.....that's okay.

They had to double Aldridge...then rotated the ball for a three. More Murphyism.

Every single point so far is on Murphy.
