Now would be a good time for Rush to assert himself

No boxouts make TJ get fouls, how many boards is Camby's career high? He might break it tonight. There is just so much badness out there right now. I keep watching in morbid fascination and can't look away. This team has reached the bottom, it can only get better right?

You have uncovered tacocat. What does that spell backwards?

People really find this to be fascinating? Really, it is nothing but boring to me. I thought O'Brien's style even if not particularly successful was at least supposed to be fun to watch. It is putting me to sleep.

Never judge a team by the last game of a week long west coast road trip

I'll judge them by the first three games in which they got hosed.

Or any game before the All-Star break. Or any game in which one of our starters is injured. Or any game where one of the opposing players is on fire. Or any game where either team is playing the second game of a back-to-back.

It's true: Craig Smith is one of the nicest guys in the world. J-Dud is not a bad dude either.

We're not letting a team that's shooting 35 percent and had 19 turnovers run away from us.

    There's that.

Think the Pacers sent any scouts to today's UNC/UK game in Lexington? Not just because of John Wall either. Lots of potential first rounders in that game.

Sadly there's a bunch of second-round picks in this game.

Roy's got to have a pretty good +/- tonight. Wonder if he'll get any more minutes?

We should have let it heal in the first place. I mean how long ago did that thing get hurt to begin with and it was still able to do this to him on such a low-key play? Just sit him until it's actually okay. The knee will then have time to heal at that point, too. Don't get myopic about this, Pacers.
Absolutely. I've been wanting him to sit since he tweeted that his heel felt like someone had been beating it with a hammer! That just doesn't seem like the kind of injury/pain that goes away when you're pounding around on the court as often as DG is, even if you are sitting out practices. In needs a solid block of rest (and so does that MCL). I have a feeling that's not going to happen though until/unless a major compensation injury befalls him.

Plumlee reminds me of a young Dale Davis. Good rebounding and he contests shots well on defense and his offensive game is very raw just like DD's was coming out of college.

If anyone's watching the Clippers broadcast, their commentators almost make the bad basketball tolerable.

He does have nice form, but I think Yao Ming has the sweetest FT stroke from a center I've ever seen. He shoots (shot?) something like 85% from the line.

I really hate plus/minus. It speaks volumes about Obie's coaching IQ that he puts stock in this very flawed statistic.
