Turnover Dante. Not impressed by the Inferno on this roadtrip.

Plumlee reminds me of a young Dale Davis. Good rebounding and he contests shots well on defense and his offensive game is very raw just like DD's was coming out of college.

Our starting guards have 0 pts and 3 asts in a combined 26 minutes. That makes it tough on the rest of the lineup.

Yeah this is the kind of game where Roy will be most effective. A team that doesn't play a breakneck pace with a slow center.

Props to Kemo for the following

    Dunleavy as Aquaman
    Roy as Apache Chief
    Murphy as Hawkman

    Consider the following-

If anybody is Robin, it would be Travis Diener. Boy Wonder.
Stacy Paetz would be Powergirl for obvious reasons.
If any NBA player was Wolverine it would be Ron Artest. Feral rage.

So far, like the way Roy is playing. I think pairing him with Hansbrough off the bench might be a good move.

Still waiting for Jimmy Chitwood to suit up.

That was hard watching Danny walk off to the lockerroom like that, looked like his heal.

He really has. That's the beauty of a smart player...they can get by with basketball IQ coming off an injury.

Hopefully this will force Obie to rest Granger for a few games--he really needs it.

    And DG re-aggravates the heel...wonderful.

Did anyone notice how DG sort of brushed off OB when he was on his way back to the locker room? I guess it could have been the pain, I may be reading too much into it, but still.

We should have let it heal in the first place. I mean how long ago did that thing get hurt to begin with and it was still able to do this to him on such a low-key play? Just sit him until it's actually okay. The knee will then have time to heal at that point, too. Don't get myopic about this, Pacers.

I know this game is pretty close, but I have no confidence in the Pacers coming back to win, DG or no DG. I just see no competitive fire, no togetherness. As Dante has fallen off , he also doesn't seem to be encouraging other guys as much

It really hasn't been smart to be playing Granger with the sprained MCL. I know granger's tough, but that's just asking for a worse injury.

I honestly wish they would keep Granger out a week or 2 untill his heel gets fully healed... there is NO SENSE in not letting it heal, and for it to be a lingering problem all season.. PERIOD..

I think we canhold down the fort just as well without him playing hurt on the floor..

I've always questioned our franchise with regard to these type of decisions. I think this happened with JO, too. Now I really doubt the Pacers could force either of these guys to play, more like these guys are competitive and want to be out there. However, sometimes you have to overrule a player's wishes based off of long term franchise self interest.

No boxouts make TJ get fouls, how many boards is Camby's career high? He might break it tonight. There is just so much badness out there right now. I keep watching in morbid fascination and can't look away. This team has reached the bottom, it can only get better right?
