    Default Tyson tragedy

I was sorry to hear about the passing of Mike Tyson's daughter due to accidental strangulation from a cord connected to a treadmill. I have realized today that this cord is very common on treadmills to hold the key into place. After watching this on the news I went straight in and cut the cord off of my treadmill. I have a five year old who loves to walk on it and I don't want to see any other kids get injured or killed over something like that. I know that I watch my kid like a hawk when she walks, but kids are smart and will find a way to get away with things. I encourage everyone to give a moment of silence and if you have a treadmill check to make sure this is not a problem for you.

    I hadn't heard about this...
    Tragic.
Nuntius was right for a while. I was wrong for a while. But ultimately I was right and Frank Vogel has been let go.

I don't think I can ever say that having kids around treadmills is a good thing. If it's not the cord, there are lots of other things on there that can injure them severely or cause death.

I heard about this when it happened, then saw the follow-up yesterday indicating that she had passed on.

Mike Tyson is a yutz, but even he doesn't deserve to go through something like this. My condolences to the entire Tyson family.

    Horrific. Just absolutely horrific.
