Default Trade Ford to the Twolves

    Pacers trade:
    Tj Ford
    Pick #52

    Twolves trade:
    Corey Brewer
    Brian Cardinal
    Pick #18, #43

Brewer and Cardinal both expire when Tj expires. Brewer is due to be healthy, and could play some defense while backing up Rush, waiting for Dunleavy to get healthy

Cardinal is for salary, and can bring hustle off the bench if needed

The Pacers then can resign Jack to start at PG

At #13 or #18 the Pacers can may go with Flynn or Lawson to backup Jack and mode into starter one day.

The other pick could be used for a PF in Blair, Clark or Johnson

And then best player available at the wing.

Or maybe take a wing like Twill or Henderson if available

And then take a Taj Gibson or Pendergraff in the 2nd round.

    Far fetched, but could happen

Interesting trade. That would give us the #13 and #18. I think Twolves would like this also. The trades works out under the CBA http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMa...tradeId=or6koj

Wolves can move Telfair to the backup spot and let TJ run the point. Brewer has been injury prone, but if he can remain healthy he can be a positive, especially on the defensive end.

"So, which one of you guys is going to come in second?" - Larry Bird before the 3 point contest. He won.

I would like this from the Pacers end, but I doubt the Twolves bite on it.

They may think about it. They get a veteran PG in Ford, who's still fairly young.

They still have the 6th, 28th and 47th pick in draft and PG wouldn't be a need anymore

I think its pretty fair. Its not like the #18 pick in this years draft is going to be great. It all depends on if the Wolves have given up on Brewer or not. He played amazing in college, so we all know what he is capable of.

I don't care how bad this draft is, TJ Ford is not worth a first round pick.
