    Wow. I have always loved this guy and wished he had been a Pacer.

    Wow, this is horrible news.

    Grant always struck me as a really intelligent, good character guy. He had a lot of drive- other people with his talent level would not have made it to the NBA, let alone played the role that he did, but he played with heart all of the time and maximized his talent.

    Just a damn shame. Best of luck to him.

    He was in many ways the best thing about those Portland teams. Once again makes me feel so old.

    Probably not, Buck was better overall. They weren't on the Blazers at the same time though

    I only saw Buck at the end of his career he was a blue collar forward like Grant.
