Sorry for the delay. Round one final weigh-in 175.5

I'm starting in with a personal trainer in a couple of hours, so consider this my initial weigh-in for round two.

For those that have an iPhone or iPod touch, there's a GREAT free app called Lose it! You enter your stats and your goals and it tells you your calorie requirements. You enter the foods you eat and the exercise you perform daily and it tells you how many more calories you can eat that day. It also tracks the nutriotional value of your foods, tells you what you are low on, and recommends healthy and not so healthy foods that can get you there and stay within your calorie intake. It's an awesome app, especially for free.

188, down from 200. I'll continue to try, but I think I'm done losing weight.

I'm not in this, but I was at an all time high of 245.2 on June 27. My doctor said I was a very good canadate for a heart attack if I didn't get below 200. So far this is how I've done.

    June 27.....245.2
    July 30......235.4
    Aug 31......231.8
    Sep 30......225.4
    Oct 31.......219.4
    Nov 30......217.8

EDIT; I weigh now just about what I weighed in my picture to the left.
