    191.4

Up one from last week. That's a minor miracle, because I ate WAY too much.

One week later, 5 lbs gone (to 195).

I feel much better. I expect to gain wait (muscle) by next week's weigh-in.

No change this week. I need to eat better. I have been doing good at my workouts, not so hot at the diet though. Still...pretty happy with the weight that I've lost. 17 lbs is decent.

    310 lbs.

naturally you can gain only like .5lb of lean muscle per week tops. anything more is excess weight/water/fat/etc.

Still into a 2009 round 2 if anyone is with me.

189 and counting (from 200). All natural, Erik .

    I'm down for a round 2, but I think I'm more than 50% there. I don't think I can lose much more.

Darn, wish I would have seen this earlier. I was around the 205 range in April and am down to 182 as of this morning. 205 is a guesstimate though, could have been anywhere from 200-208 or so.

If there is a 2nd go at this, I'd like in. I've dropped 9.5% since the end of April.

I was 194.5 on Tuesday. So I gained 4 pounds.

However, I've now worked out for 3 straight days, so I think I'm (finally) back on track.
