Heaviest I've ever been. I knew I had gained some weight but jeez...

Anyway we could get one of our resident photoshop experts to make us a PD's Biggest loser 2k9 image that the winner could use as an avatar?

THAT is a prize worth winning.

In the mean time, maybe my avatar should be a piece of celery playing guitar.

    I'm on the avatar project.

Also, is this straight pound for pound or is it a percentage? I could lose 50 lbs and it's only 15% of my total weight. But LA could lose roughly half of that and have it be the same percentage.

In the past, it has been percentage.

Just don't eat the fries or drink soda.

Eat the burger without condiments but with lots of veggies (tomato, lettuce, etc) cheeze or no cheese is your call.

And have a glass of juice or water to wash it down.

I'm in, if it's not too late. I was 190 on Monday.

Y'all get a little head start since I really can't do much physical activity for at least a month.

But July 6 corresponds to about when I should be up to fully recovered, so that's a good date.

My long term goal is 174. If I was 179 on July 1, that would be OK with with me. I haven't been in the 170s for several years.

    weigh-in - 174.6

I think that's mostly from dehydration.

I have work very early tomorrow so I went ahead and wieghed in.

    322

minus 5 lbs. Sound like a lot but I can lose that just by cutting out soda. I focused on my diet and calorie intake this week. Next week I'm gonna start hitting the gym too.
