I've recently lost a little weight and I'm excited about that, but I need a little help reaching my goal weight. I got to thinking: maybe I could be more motivated if I were part of a contest or something.
Anyone else want to join in?
Here are some ground rules off the top of my head (this is up for discussion if anyone else has ideas):
10 dollar buy-in, winner take all, ties split winnings.
Set duration of time, maybe 3 months or something.
Weigh-in every week and post your progress (perhaps Mondays?)
Winners based on %, just like on the Biggest Loser TV show. Here's the formula: Beginning weight (-) Current weight (=) Weight loss (divided by) Beginning weight (=) Percentage of body weight lost.
