Default Your lineup for game 61 will be your roster for the summer

Your roster for game 61 will be the team you will carry thru the summer.

Game 61 is the final regular season game for the IKL. The date for that lineup is February 27th.

I posted this info on the IKL site but when I cut & pasted it from the other league I forgot to change the dates so the first post on our league site has the wrong date & game number.

Sorry about the confusion, if you have questions please let me know.

I'm sorry if this is a dumb question but when do we decide who we keep and who we let go from our final rosters? There's a draft in the summer right?

We decide our 12 then everyone that's a free agent is in the draft in the summer?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Heres a link the rules page.

I hope this helps clears up your questions.....

All trading will end on February 17th.

On February 27th the lineup for the final regular season game will be set. The 12 players on your roster for that game will the 12 players you will carry through the summer.

I will send out a list of what players are on each team.

Teams that are out of the playoffs will no longer be permitted to drop or add players.

As teams are eliminated from the playoffs they also will not be permitted to drop or add players.

On August 1st we will open up for the 09-10 season & you will be permitted to begin trading, using the 12 player roster you had in place for game 61.

On October 1st I will need a list of players you wish to protect. You have to protect at least 9 players.

If you wish to protect 10, you may, but it will cost you your 1st round draft pick.

If you wish to protect 11 players you can but it will cost you your 1st & 2nd round draft picks.

If you wish to protect all 12 of your players you can but it will cost you all 3 of your draft picks.

Shortly after getting everyone’s list I will send out a copy of all players that will be protected for the upcoming draft.

Approximately 2 weeks after that, sometime around the middle of October we will schedule our draft.

Every player left unprotected, every player in our leagues free agent pool as of 2-27, every player drafted in the NBA draft in June or sined as a free agent prior to our draft will be eligible to be drafted at that time.

This may create more questions than I’ve answered so feel free to keep asking until I explain myself completely.
