Default Balcony Season Ticket Holder Night

My Pacers calendar says that this Friday (Feb 6) is "Balcony Season Ticket Holder Night".

What is that exactly (I ask because I am a BSTH)

Everyone that is a balcony STH, gets a chance to spin a prize wheel for something. Also, mainly all the contests and promotions that go on during a game are awarded to someone in the balcony.

It was pretty lame last year, I won a refrigerator magnet.

I don't think they've ever done it before.

Personally I think it should be "Go down to the first level and swap seats with someone down there." Not that I didn't like my seats in the balcony. It would just be nice to kick someone upstairs.

Last season they also had Pacers "legends" in Pepsi Square. It wasn't all that exciting, but I like your idea, grace.

Speaking of lame promotions - its total crap that the "Chase" card winner is ALWAYS in the lower levels. Balcony seats have no chance because they can't get a camera that high.

Its like Lucy pulling away the football from Charlie Brown. Every night I jump up and waive my damn card like a fool, and every night the winner is in a lower level seat.

"Go ahead, Charlie Brown. Wave your Chase card for all to see!"

    Here's the thing I've noticed.

I always laugh at that and usually mimic it when I'm with other Pacers fan in some joking sense. Well one of my roommates constantly says that he's going to pull out his National City card one night.

Well, in the two times I've been fortunate enough to sit in the lower level this season I've noticed they don't check the card.

    Meaning:
Pacers fans exploit the sponsorship for mass profit! Let's go, Bank of America, National City, Blockbuster, anything goes. Give us free crap! This is America! :

Yes they can. Sometimes the quality isn't that great. They used to do it a fair amount of time back when there used to be a fair amount of people in the balcony.

BSTH Appreciation night was great for me - i won lower level tickets spinning a big wheel. My nephew got Billy Keller and Neto's autograph (he didn't know who they were, but he didn't care). Other than it was free popcorn and chocolate candy.
