There is a number of things that i could resolve to do but my only resolution is to make it to 2010 alive. I have a crazy year ahead of me and I know it. I will be on the other side of the world come mid-February so it is hard to resolve when I don't know what my life will be like in 6 weeks.

I've got a few things this year..

As my first born is due in late June I will be laying off the booze.. I have been quite a heavy drinker (in the past few months specifically) and now is a good time to give it up.

This year too, I will finally write the screenplay for the movie or tv series that I would like to make.

On top of that, my mate and I will finally launch the clothing label we have always talked of.

Looks like I'll be pretty busy this year.

I wasn't going to admit to this, but since we've got another aspiring writer...

Sweet! What genre? Whose (screenwriting) work do you like most? Are you also an aspiring filmmaker? (Wondering here what you meant by "would like to make.")

Writing. I love most to write fiction, but the thing is, I'm not very good at it, right now. On the other hand, I can write decent essayish stuff, so this year I'm going to try to sell (or at least publish) a few of those while I practice fiction.

I was going to click "lose weight," but I really only need to lose weight around my midsection. The rest of the way around I need to gain more muscle. So, I'm just going to resolve to eat well and work out more. I want to be close to where I want to be by my birthday this summer.

Also, since school is finally over, I need to get a better job, and strive for more of a social life (which I've been doing of late).

Mainly comedy, comedy/drama. But i don't really have a favourite. Im looking forward to seeing the new Kevin Smith flick. I would say that he has been a favourite of mine over the years but at the same time I don't want to emulate.

There is a New Zealand show called Outrageous Fortune. I do like its style. I heard that the US are likely to adapt it.

I voted "Other" and that "Other" is to better utilize my time and keep in mind that I need to strike a better balance between making hay when the sun shines and working too much and taking a toll on my physical and mental health.
Nuntius was right. I was wrong. Frank Vogel has retained his job.

Bball, that's a pretty good "Other". The 'better balance' goal is a harder commitment because it's more of a lifestyle change but it has the effect of achieving multiple positive outcomes.
