"So, which one of you guys is going to come in second?" - Larry Bird before the 3 point contest. He won.

"getting love" is not what I call this. That is an understatement. I am estatic that we are that good in the rankings.

Hollinger's are based purely upon the stats

Apparently we are putting up good stats then.

Regardless, I like the appreciation. If it matters or not, I love the fact that we are up there.

Seems odd that we would get that high of a rating while placing 9th in the EC.

It is a very good sign nevertheless.

    Wow!

    A little louder.
Don't ask Marvin Harrison what he did during the bye week. "Batman never told where the Bat Cave is," he explained.

Check out his formula by clicking here (no, it's not a Rick Roll).

He essentially takes strength of schedule, margin of victory, and difference between road and homes games with an emphasis on last 10 games.

Any sort of quantatitive analysis will always be more accurate deeper in the season, but so will any gut feeling. Bottom line is I like how he analyzes teams and players.
