It would be amazing if we could pull off an upset tonight, but I'm not holding my breath.

It's funny looking at the schedule a week ago today, I was pretty sure they would start 0-4, now I realized they are catching the Suns on a back to back with 3 days rest and NOW I want to start 5-2.

If you can either beat the Suns tonight or the Cavs away you really have a chance I think.

I'm being unrealistic and greedy though, I know.

Not immediately, no. But I'm fairly positive that Friday's game @ CLE is in HD.

To be honest, I think the Suns are a solid team for us to match up with, though not having Rasho tonight really hurts.

Last year we played the Suns very tight til Tinsley had the quarter we don't discuss and Nash hit the game winning three.

If we bring the same attitude we had against Boston, I think we can definitely beat this this Suns team.

Is Hill out or did Barnes just beat him out at the three?

Something in the 200's. I want to say 201 or 210, but I could be far off.

As for Phoenix, didn't we play them twice before they got Shaq? And while we were in Phoenix, I believe that was during the stretch wher O'Brien went small by starting Kareem at the 2.

I don't remember, but Shaq doesn't scare me much anymore especially when he's going off a back to back.

I'll only be able to watch the second half, but I'm anxious to see extended minutes for Hibbert. Let's see how much of a fight he puts up against Shaq.

I've been wondering if Rasho being out doesn't give us a bit of an advantage against Shaq. I know that Rasho can pull him away from the basket with his jumpshooting, but Foster should be able to beat Shaq down the floor on a consistent basis. Also, a small ball lineup with Murphy at C would be a nightmare defensively for Shaq.

If we're going to win this game it's going to come down to two things: Ford and Jack consistently taking advantage of Nash's defense and us limiting the amount of open looks we give to guys like Bell, Barnes, Barbosa, and Hill.

I think we'll miss Rasho tonight, particularly his midrange shooting. Shaq hates guarding the perimeter, and it would have opened up some driving lanes/shooting opportunities.

Shaq vs Roy. This could be pay-per-view worthy.

I'm excited about this game as well, should be a good one, TJ vs a Slower Nash should be a great matchup, Just Hope Stoudie doesen't abuse us to much inside...

Restrict there bench and harrass Barnes in to easy misses and we should be a good chance...

For the poll, I had to go with a victory over the Patriots. A loss would have been devastating. As we clinked glasses, New England fans called for their bar tabs and shuffled out the door.

A Pacers win was great, and a welcomed surprise... but a loss wouldn't have wrecked my night.

As for tonight, I just hope the Suns aren't shooting the lights out against us. They obliterated the Nets last night. Rasho being out doesn't help, though I want to see how Hibbert handles himself when given minutes against Shaquille.

I'll be happy if we can keep this one close, and elated if we can pull out a win.

Shaq vs Roy... for the 6 minutes playing time he'll get. Seriously, OB needs to put him on the floor more, regardless of Rasho's health status.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but Comcast doesn't carry FSI (at least not in Fort Wayne). You have to have Verizon, Dish or DirecTV in this area to watch the Pacers.

Comcast in Indy has FSI but I just searched and couldn't find the HD listing. I also have the League Pass and didn't see it there either. Anyone know if we do or do not get the HD broadcasts?

    Edit: http://www.nba.com/pacers/news/fsi_hd_081022.html

Says it should be on ch.201. The guide says it is off air all night. Lame.

FSI out of Anderson has it. Even though it didn't list it on Saturday, it WAS there.
