    Default Houston

Foster and filler (Graham or McRoberts) to Houston for Landry (S&T ~ $4 mil per) and filler (Butler or Francis which are ~2.5 mil per, both expiring) and Houston's first rounder of 2009 (late pick, likely)

Allows Houston to address their needs at backup center while thinning their depth at PF (Scola, Hayes, and Dorsey) and improve their playoff run with Artest while Pacers get a very good, young PF.

Not sure on the first rounder as Foster's expiring.

Thats a good trade if you do it without any picks. Plus, Houston sent that pick to Sacramento for Artest. We get a young guy in Landry and obviously sign him to a longer term deal (probably 3 years due to cap flexibilty), while we give up the veteran center that Houston desperately needs. Yao, Foster and Dikembe would be nice depth at center for Houston in the west.

What makes you even think the Pacers could get Landry for 4 mil a year? Remember, Landry has to ok any deal to be traded in a S&T, and 4mil might not be acceptable to Landry. He maybe looking for the MLE which is too much for him at the present time.

Houston isn't going to give a 1st for this deal.

Lightbulb Re: Houston... PARDON MY FRENCH but.....

I luddat trade, we should try to work Tinsley in the deal though since Alston is getting hammer drunk while driving...

Jeff Foster will never help the Pacers win a ring, he can start licking on my ball sack.... can we please stop debating if we will be the 8th, 7th, or even the mother ****ing 6th seed in the East????

What the **** is that going to do for the Pacers???? Absolutely nothing, lets get Ricky Davis esque players out there making *** clowns of themselves, remember when he put the ball off his own backboard with the Cavs to secure a triple double at the end of a Cavs game.... you probably dont, because performances like that helped them secure the top pick in the NBA Draft, LEBRON JAMES! Thats what we need to do, Wayne Embry, 2 time NBA executive of the year said it best, there is such a thing as losing for a purpose. Start Shawne WIlliams, give him playing time to mature and help the team in the future or raise his trade value.... at the least he would be to pooped to party.... Come on, you guys are all being retarded. WE need to have our oldest players at 25, get rid of everyone, or attempt, that is higher than that age. Yes that includes, Dunleavy and yes that includes Jeff Foster.

The players who are 25, actually have a chance to help this team win when they hit their prime at 28-30.... That includes Ford, Granger, Jack and the players younger than them. Everyone above that is expendable..... with this as the last, hopeful, rebuilding year, if we can secure a top five pick, this team can we a SERIOUS CONTENDER!!! Not a playoff bubble team, jack-meoff EXPRESS TRAIN TO MEDIOCRICY.... seriously, do you want the ****ing Washington Wizards or do you want the L.A. Lakers?????
