Strange that they have Rush as Indy but not Roy.

They have Rush over Bayless, which is comforting and I can only hope that becomes the case.

Indeed. I have nothing against Rush, but I was really hoping to get Bayless.

    Way to go, team.

Why is that surprising? The thing Rush had over Bayless was always that Rush was more NBA ready, but Bayless has much more potential.

Rush has never been projected as high as either Danny or Bayless... not even close actually. Doesn't mean he can't be a fantastic player... I'm seriously hoping he will be.

how high was Granger projected? He went 17, but everyone says that he could have went earlier. Anyone know where he was projected to go?

Edit: Looks like Placebo was right.

    http://nbadraft.net/mocks/2005_nba_mock_draft.html

    http://www.globalsportsnetwork.com/B...ock-Draft.html

"There are many who see no downside in Granger. He's a 6'8" small forward who played most of the season under the sun in New Mexico. That's why many think he's going to slip a little. Some scouts think Granger is a top 5 talent, and why not? He doesn't have negatives. He can play every position but center. He can really shoot the ball and rebound a ton. He's got tenacity on defense. If Orlando gets Granger with this pick, their team really improves across the board."

There were not that many mocks back then, but if I remember correctly he was projected to go as high as 7 and not lower than 10-12 range...
