    Default Ind/Minny

If Minny gets Derrick Rose, we send them Murph for Fatoine and Foye. They get a solid vet to back up Jefferson and Gomes which they need, plus they get rid of Fatoine and his contract.

We get a starting PG and can dump Fatoine after next season. Maybe we can also get them to throw in one of their 1st round picks next year. They will have 2 and possibly 3 if Miami doesn't land a top 10 pick.

i've thought about this quite a bit. what will they do with foye if they get rose at 1 or 2???

I would offer them the 11th pick, diener (salary filler and backup pg), and some sweetners (cash, 2nd rounders, or possibly a lotto protected future 1st or ike).

they could use our 11th on a big to compliment jefferson........love comes to mind.

i think foye is a future all star pg.

Walkers deal ends after next year, no way they take on Murphy.

I kind of doubt that Minny would give up Foye -- who is capable of playing the 1 or 2 -- along with a pretty big expiring contract for a severely overpaid big man they wouldn't use.

They are thin at the 4/5 and are pretty set at 2/3 with McCants/Brewer/Buckner/Snyder.

Walker gives them nothing at all but a headache. Murph’s contract may be longer but he does fill their need for depth at 4/5.

Besides, since Larry and Kev are drinking buddies I’m sure LB could talk him into it over a beer pong challenge!
