Why do people not turn their headlights on in the rain and when the sky is barely lit? Not to mention driving like crazy as if it is not raining at all.

Quite a few drivers seem to permanently leave their lights in"auto" setting. Unfortunately, autos often don't seem to kick on if it's a dark rainy day.

people gotta stop saying "over-exaggerate." it's not a thing. you can't exaggerate too much, it's right there in the definition of exaggeration. it's like saying you "over-lied."

I think in his case he did over exaggerate. He technically was robbed at the gas station. In America, if you vandalize a gas station, the security guard does not detain you at gun point and demand that you pay the gas station owner money. I guess you could call it extortion, which is just a fancy robbery. They didn't call the police and report the crime.

So you can dump on him on all you want, but they were ROBBED. They were drunk and acting stupid and they got robbed for it. Then proceeded to make the situation worse.

The truth comes out a bit more here. Reportedly Lochte and crew never went inside the bathroom. Brazilian police also over exaggerated...

So are we mad that Lochte and crew pissed behind a building? and tore down a poster?

So the reality is that dudes got caught by off duty police/ security guards pissing in public behind a building, and tearing down a poster frame. Pretty damn minor offense for being drunk. Off duty police officers shook them down at gun point, and threatened to call in actual on duty police (their buddy's). These guys got taken advantage off. Lochte was probably pretty irate at how the situation went down, and decided to use his celebrity status to play up the situation to his benefit and thumb his nose at the local authorities.

Shame on the media, shame on NBC, shame on Team USA for not getting a real investigation done and finding out the facts. They ruined this guy's career with out knowing what really happened.

Then how about Fiegen who had to pay $11,000 to get his passport released so he could go home. They were determined to make an example of these guys, and are corrupt as hell. Who do you think actually got the $11,000?

Are these guys innocent...no, but they certainly got hosed and were not treated fairly by the Brazilian Government.

And yes they actually were robbed.

Additionally I read in another story that Fiegen was originally proposed a fine of $32,000 and 15 days community service. He and his Lawyer rejected that and the Prosecutor decided to play hard ball and upped the proposed fine to $47,000. They eventually landed at $11,000 to a charity. WOW.

Lochte got off light. If he was in America, and got caught pissing behind a gas station you're going to end up paying more than $50 in fines. You're going to be put in jail until you sober up, be charged with public intox and some kind of a lewd act charge. You're going to going to have your mug shot taken, and given a court date. You'll end up paying court costs, fines, and then most likely community service.

I'd pay the $50 and shut my trap.

Did they lengthen the wires, or are they still 2 inches and a ***** to try to get connected? I spent more time trying to make sure the connectors stayed clipped together while I dragged my fingers clear than anything else. You could always tell the engineer or whomever designed the damn things never actually took the time to try and install one.

the wiring wasn't bad other than having to strip the wiring harness with my teeth. it was the friggin dash kit that sucked, looked up some youtube tutorials before I started, easy peasy this is a 15 minute deal I said. ended up having to take almost the whole damn dash apart and file the kit down and all kinds of crap. gotta love how being the family computer guy expands to basically anything electronic.

Glad to see Rhonda Rousey go down again. She's extremely arrogant and I'm tired of hearing about her.

Her pre-fight antics had to be backed up with a W, or else she was going to look like a complete tool.

WTH....Facebook (and Messenger) blocked me for 24 hrs. Just because I posted a picture of a handgun. My wife thinks it's because I said it was a deep concealment gun. I guess that's as good a reason as any since I never "really" said it was for sale.

I feel like the coverage of sinkholes has gone overboard. just saw a national news report about a "massive" one, it was like 4 feet diameter in some guy's backyard.
