I would think the market would be on hold for the Holidays. Good for you.
Sold two last week and have a client looking for 200-400 tillable acre tracts for farming. He leases the land for crops, does not want development land.

I'd like to have a pile of money so I can buy 400 acres of timber with a shack on it so I can disappear never to be seen again.

    Last day buck Kansas

    Congratulations buddy.

What was your weapon of choice?

I just found out over the weekend that I won a .50 caliber Thompson Centre Muzzleloader in a raffle I entered way back in October. Didn't get a chance to use it this year though.

Hope all you flockers are ready for the holidays. Holy ***** does it sneak up fast.

Thank you sir. My weapon of choice on this outing was a Remington 700 30.06

Sounds pretty cool on the winning a muzzleloader - I am now the only guy in the country who doesn't own one.

I don't think any block of time flies by like Sept 1 - Jan 1.

    My head is spinning.

I assume that is a T/C in-line. Sweet for you.

I took my 13 pointer with a T/C New England 50 cal. with a red dot "scope". That's an older gun and NOT an in-line.

Hey buddy, here is a link to Schwinn's site. It doesn't look like they still sell the exact model I have, but you really can't go wrong with any of these. If you do go this route, just start easy and gradually increase the resistance and/or duration every couple weeks or so. It helped me keep on my diet as well because I didn't want to waste my workout. I rode it in the mornings for about 30-40 minutes before work every day while watching sportscenter/CNN. You'll start to feel better pretty quickly. Also, pedals on my bike are plenty big enough for me and I wear size 13s. The bikes are really sturdy as well, you'll probably need one other person to help you move and assemble it. Let me know if you need any more info.

The 240 model appears to meet my wants and the price is within budget. I may run up to Bob Block's to compare. Thanks Spic.

Excellent. The hardest part is just getting started. Once you are able to work it into your your daily routine, you'll be fine. It will go from being a chore to something you want to do. Good luck geez.

Well the wife has been dragging me over to the fitness center every other day where I use a recomb. stepper. It doesn't seem to be doing my stomach any good but I do notice a difference in my legs.

Next is to get the upstairs storage room cleaned out and a weight bench hauled away. Then get a big screen tv and the exercycle.

By then I'll need a mini-bar and popcorn machine too.

Getting rid of excess body fat is hard. It's your body's last resort to use for energy. Your diet will be the key.

Don't get discouraged, keep plugging away. Little by little you will see differences. And even if you don't exercising will help out a lot of other health related areas, and it will even make you feel better emtionally.

My body is working too well. The function of any organism is to reproduce and to store energy for times of hardship and deprevation. In humans, energy is stored in the form of fat and my body is exceedingly good at storing energy.

And whenever my mom tells my dad that he's out of shape, he quickly reminds her that round is a shape.
