I agree with number 29 on that list. we have a recliner here that freaks me out when i lean back in it. My one roommate tries to get it balanced perfectly and the one day they entire chair just fell backwards, it was hilarious.

how can this oil slick be bad? It is, after all, made of "all natural ingrediants" and is quite possibly "certified organic"

When my wife wants to stop in the health food and supplement store at the mall, I have some interesting conversations with the clerks. I remind them that stuff like ricin, anthrax, cyanide salts, arsenic, etc. are also "all natural". So are red tide toxins, among the most toxic compounds known to man.

They assured me that something they were selling was "chemical free" but it certainly did not appear the be a vaccuum. The container also seemed to be made of solid matter.

That necklace isn't eligible for the Amazon Prime shipping. Probably want an arm and a leg to mail the thing.

How can anyone be thanked in a random thoughts thread? That means the thanker had to be thinking about the thankees thoughts and therefore the "thanks" were not random or appropriate here. Mmmmm..then too, anything worthy of thanks, probably wasn't random in the first place.

Most definitely that soon after a run! I could eat pizza for every meal for eternity. It's evil, evil stuff. I ate way too much brown rice, whole wheat pasta, and oatmeal last week. Talk about colon blow...

And, yep, gearing up for another half marathon on the 22nd at Geist. Ran the Mini in 1 hour 55 minutes. Had a 2 hour goal. Don't think I'm going to put myself on a time goal for Geist; just going to run for fun and see where I end up.

I honestly do miss running, but that's what started the foot troubles in the first place.

Running and all that pounding definitely takes a toll on the feet. I was developing a neuroma (swollen nerve) in between my toes on my left foot during mini-training. Toes felt like they were on fire and were constantly numb. I pretty much figured out it was a combination of a small toe box in my shoe and tying my laces too tight. It's 99% gone now, but I can see how something minor like that can snow ball and take ya out of the game entirely. No other problems thus far (knock on wood).

Are you able to bike much?
