    Fridayitis anyone?
Absolutely - and over here we have a 3-day weekend coming up.

May have to head down to Ribfest - Ted Nugent's playing. I'd think Geezer and Twes would be up for that - now that Heston's gone, Ted has to be considered a hero.

Dang - just checked the Ribfest page and it's better than I thought.

    Tonight they have Frampton
    Sunday's Nugent
    Monday's BOC & .38 Special

    That's the spirit!!

I actually dug and dug and dug to try to find the Ball St. game on TV tonight. 'Tis nowhere to be found. Would have liked to watch at least a part of that game.

Guess I'll have to deal with NC St. vs. South Carolina instead.

    (meaningful) FOOOOOOOOOOTBALLLLLLLLL!!!

    Finally.
Wasn't much of a game to watch. I know it was against a DII but Nate Davis went 21-24 with 390yds, something like that on the yards.

Next week we will be on ESPN against Navy @ Muncie. It's gonna be a show to watch.

Since it's a long weekend, figure I'd offer up a few "guy" responses when you're questioned about your bathroom etiquette.

    1. I didn't miss - it's splashback
    2. Why would I put the seat down - don't you check?
    3. You're worried about brown spots on your loufa? Just be glad I didn't use your toothbrush
    4. A few pubic hairs never killed anyone
    5. Of course I used a towel - you think I know where you keep the spare toilet paper?

    I always say

"Look, ithe seat has two positions, up (lifts it up), and down (lets it down). If it's down and I want it up, I do this (lifts it up). If it's up and you want it down, then you should do this (puts it down). It's like the hallway light, you know, where there's a switch on both ends of the hall. If the light is off, I say 'Hey, the light is off and I need it on!' and flip the nearest switch to a different position then it happens to be in already. Stay alert, react appropriately, and you'll do fine."

Then I end up sleeping on the couch.

OK so who wants to buy a Church? Over the weekend I showed a desrted church to a couple. I mean it's complete with Communion plates and collection baskets. Even has a sound system, a Church organ and a piano (both still in tune). Sitting out in the country it got down to 5 members coming to church so they just up and left it.
Origianlly listed for $130,000.00 they're now listing it for 80K...beautiful stained glass windows too.

I'd love to renovate it myself but it's gonna take some $$$ to virtually build a house inside this beautiful brick building.

Anybody ever thought of being their own parson?

I hope somebody buys this before the vandals discover it.

and no, this was not meant to be a sales pitch...it felt odd showing a Church to a buyer (they can't afford it).

I can't say I'm in the market for a church.

I'll let you know if anything changes on that.

The only thing good about this day is the fact it falls in a short week (with NFL).

Well I guess you carry the mark of a warrior.

I had a fire in the pit and offered myself as a west nile mosquito pin cushion this weekend.

You do realize it is officially September. Fall is officially 19 days away. And the tree people begin their ascent in 29 short days?

I need to get my arse in gear! If you don't get that 9 point, I will be disappointed.

    Here are my thoughts:

If you are 21 years old, and you go around proclaiming yourself TE of the Winchester Golden Falcons and punt kittens into ceiling fans, your blood-alcohol content should be a good two to three times more than the 0.089 level mentioned in the story. Hell that's almost legal to drive.

That Golden Falcon has some issues to work through.
