Since Pacerfanforlife (aka PFFL), the original host of the Forum Awards, is no longer among us, I will assume his role of host to organize the annual PD Forum Awards.
Here are the categories:

HOW THIS WORKS:
From now until next weekend, you can send me a PM with the names of those you wish to nominate. Anyone is welcome to send who they feel should be nominated for all categories. You can send up to 10 names per category if you wish. This is not the vote to see who wins. This is to determine who gets nominated.
Keeping with tradition, the host is exempt from any and all awards. So don't vote for me; I am ineligible.
Next Sunday, I will take the top 5 most voted names for each category, and on Monday will announce the Official 2004 Annual PD Forum Award Nominees.
Once the Nominees have been announced, I will make a poll for the first category, giving everyone 24 hours to submit their vote for the winner. Then, the winner will be declared, and I will then create a new poll for the next category, and we'll repeat this every weekday (don't want to lose votes because it's the weekend) until we've ran through all the categories.
The time to submit who you want to be nominated begins right now. And don't forget to send in multiple names for each category! The idea is to trim it DOWN to 5 people per category, so don't be shy with names!
