Indiana : JO,JT and Murphy for Williams (expiring), Mourning (expiring), Parker (waived), Dorrell Wright, Jamaal Crawford, Malik Rose and David Lee
Miami : Williams, Mourning, Parker and Wright for Curry and Tinsley
New York : Curry, Crawford, Rose and Lee for JO and Murphy
At the end of the season we'd be left with something like :
PG : Diener
SG : Crawford/Daniels/Wright
SF : Granger/Dunleavy/Williams
PF : Lee/Diogu/Rose
C : Foster
I think the expiring deals would take about 10mil off our salary commitments. We would have huge depth at the swing positions and a lack of depth at PG and C. But you could package Rose who would be ~6mil expiring next season with one of our swingmen to bring in a good player.
Miami : Turns some marginal/retired players into two players who would fit ok around Wade and Marion. Quite a bit of salary to take on though.
New York : Gets to break up the Curry/Randolph misadventure and Isiah gets his best bud JO back. Its a fair bit to give up for a currently injured player and Murphy's contract however.
