Thread: What'd I miss?

    Default What'd I miss?

I once had plans to be a great contributor to this board. Then, I found Curveball. Next thing I know I lost my job, my dog, and my girlfriend left me. For 5 months it was like some kind of training scene from a Rocky movie... relentlessly hammering away at the little green ball, a picture of Spicoli stuck to my mirror. Broken mice everywhere. It wasn't a pretty sight.

Alas, today I finally did it! I can now rejoin society! So.. what did I miss? The last I checked, the Pacers were coming into training camp with a healthy roster, including a healthy J.O., and Tinsley was really feeling the Jim O'Brien love! I was really looking forward to a refreshing season. Anything of interest happen while I was away in my little wireframe world?

Disclaimer: The above commentary was purely satirical and in no fashion poses a serious question. Except the part about broken mice everywhere. I also don't have a pic of Spicoli on my mirror. That'd be creepy.

That game is really addictive. So is the Yenti one where you hit the penguins like baseballs. I can never put a complete game together on that one.

No, creepy would be having it on your ceiling.
Welcome to Pacers Digest! New around here? Here are three tips for making the forum a great place to talk about Pacers basketball.

    • Log in. Even if you want to read instead of post, it's helpful because it lets you:
    • Change your signature options. You can hide all signatures by choosing "Settings" (top right) then "General Settings" (middle left) and unchecking the box "Show Signatures" (in the "Thread Display Options" area).
    • Create an ignore list. I know it may seem unneighborly. But you're here to talk about the Pacers, not argue with someone who's just looking for an argument. Most of the regular users on here make use (at least occasionally) of the "Ignore" feature. Just go to "Settings" -> "Edit Ignore List" and add the names.

    Enjoy your time at PD!

You haven't missed a thing. Everything is still exactly the way it was.
And I won't be here to see the day
It all dries up and blows away
I'd hang around just to see
But they never had much use for me
