Default POTENTIAL FOSTER DEALS INVOLVING PICKS...

the following deals land the pacers with 2008 1st round picks...when i looked through teams with possible interest in foster who would be willing to give up a 1st for him, i attempted to send the pacers back players who had 1 yr or fewer left on their contract...

    ind/tor - dixon, garbajosa, 2008 1st for foster, diener

    ind/gs - belinelli, 2008 1st for foster

ind/den - najera, wafer, diawara, 2008 1st (could include smith) for foster, diener

ind/utah - almond, hart. collins, 2008 1st for foster, rush

    ind/orl - garrity, foyle, 2008 1st for foster

    ind/sa - barry, 2008 1st for foster

ind/hou - novak, francis, snyder, 2008 1st for foster, rush

    ind/sac - thomas, 2008 1st for foster, harrison

of course all of these could be changed slightly with players added and taken off and 2nd round picks included...foster needs to be dealt, and preferably for a 1st rounder in this year's draft. i believe that only the teams i listed are the teams wou would be interested in foster. i clearly favor certain proposals more than others but think each of the deals i listed could actually take place...also it's important to note that each of these trades work on the realgm trade checker...

maybe it works on RealGM because of the Jason Richardson trade this summer?
    This is the darkest timeline.

even then, that's just one of the 8 deals i proposed...no need to nitpick on the one. you can add or remove players but i just figured those are the most likely trading partners for foster...

Corrrect, the Warriors have a close to $10M trade exception. They can take back more salary than they dish out so long as they don't take on a contract that's bigger than $10M.

That being said, the Warriors aren't going to trade for Jeff Foster. He basically duplicates Biedrins and we know Nellie (actually most coaches for that matter) won't play both of them at the same time. They'd just be way too limited offensively.

If the Pacers could get two first round picks out of Foster, and Rush, I think we would all consider that a winner.
Half of the time we're gone, but we don't know where.
